Hôtel Balladins Paris La Villette  

地下鉄7号線のCrimee駅から徒歩約2分。Pyramidesまで7号線で乗り換えなしで約15～20- 分くらいでいける。ホテル→シャルルドゴール空港まで約40ユーロ（約30分）でいける。Crimee駅の- そばのパン屋さん（ケーキも売っている）は夜23時でも営業していた（何時まで営業しているかは不明）。日- 昼は駅のそばにスーパ、cafe等があるので便利。ホテルにはエレベータがついている。ホテルフロントスタ- ッフも24時間体制で親切に対応してくれた。

当たり前かもしれないが、バスタブがあればよかったが、シャワーしかついていなかった（水まわり問題なし）- 。湯沸し器がほしかったがなかった。

The room was very clean, and modern. The location is superb - there is a reasonably priced car park nearby, and the nearest Metro station is a 3-minute walk away. The staff were friendly, didn't mock my pathetic attempts to speak French and were happy to speak English. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and were extremely comfortable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

A couple of observations that might be helpful to others. There was a strong smell of drains in our room - we could have asked to move rooms, but it didn't bother us too much. Also, from the outside the hotel isn't the nicest looking, but my partner and I don't tend to judge a book by its cover. Finally, the price wasn't quite 'budget', however that's probably due to the location. Can't really fault it though.

I liked the location. Very convenient as we usually park our car on the same street. I liked the price that was appealing in the holiday season. The hotel was clean and the bed comfi which I find very important. Good markets around.

Two things that made my stay less comfortable. Very unusual though. Guess it was all too good. It's true it is a noisy street but one is usually very tired in Paris so the sleep is tight. What woke me up was the sound the telephone in the room was making. All night long. The sound of a busy line eventhough it was hang up. Small 10s breaks and again and again..tit tit tit tit..and the wire went into the wall so impossible to switch it off. Annoying. And the second thing. The attitude from the receptionist when I explained the problem. She could at least sympahize a bit..Instead she firstly said the lines were not working. I said that's even worse to put up with the noise of the telephone when the lines aren't working. They should pull the wire out of the wall, I was close of doing that. Secondly she said if I unscrew the lower part from the rest it might stop. I am not a tehnician. Unscrew the lower part instead of oh we're sorry to hear that and will make sure other guests don't experience the same stupidity. I hade to share this.

Very good price for a recently renovated hotel. Rooms are small but very nicely decorated. Metro take you directly to Notre Dame, Louvre or to Les Halles if you want to go shopping. Tkes about 20 minutes to get from the centre to the hotel on the metro, but since it's a direct line it's not a problem, The restaurant next door has excellent pizzas and is very cheap. Will defintelxy stay at the same hotel next time I go to Paris if they keep the low prices. If the price goes up it migh be wiser to find something closer to the center. The area seems safe, but I would avoid walking alone after midnight - but hey it's Paris; I would avoid walking alone at nigh anywhere.

The service was amazing!!! The staff really cares about your having a nice stay. Also, the room is very clean, comfortable, and up-to-date. It's in a great neighborhood, just by a metro stop, and near lots of restaurants, ATMs, and grocery stores, etc. The price for what you get in Paris! Can't be beaten. We would stay here again and again.

Hotel is located near the metro (cca 2 min by walk), many shops and restaurants in neighbourhood (including cheaper fast foods and supermarkets). Cca 30 min to the city center and 45 min to airport. Pleasant staff at hotel, clear room, modern equipment. Very good price for hotel like this in Paris.

Hotel is located near noisy street, mainly in the morning it is annoying. In room we missed toilet brush and one day there wasn't toilet paper. The staff doesn't speak english very good.

The bed was comfortable and hot and the room was clean and warm. The decoration was new. It was very close to the Metro, and there were a lot of ethnic restaurants in the street.

The bathroom was always cold, no heat and the window was not properly sealed. The room phone was not working. One day they forgot to put new towels when I went down stair to ask for towels they didn't even excused. When we arrived the room was only ready at 15h.

We stayed there 5 nights and met with 10 receptionist. There is litratally a bed a desk and a chair in the room. Ah yes there is a tv with 4 channel options (wow) No phone to call reception or outside. Regardlessly there is reasin to call reception anyway as they rejected to deliver an envelope to our room when a mesenger brought it to the hotel. And as there no phone they couldn't even let us know of such package. Long story short If you're looking for a hotel and not just a cleanish room do not stay here.

Small space, but I think it"s the same everywhere in paris... For internet connection you had to registrate,get code to your mobile, write long code, reopen couple times window,la la la... And everytime do that. It"s not comfortable when you don"t have time or pation. But that"s nothing so bad too...i liked the hotel, but I didn"t like area around(distict). Trash in the streets, not nice building,not orderly looking black people...i am not a rasist, but when around you in evening walks 99 proc. Just black people, you don"t feel comfortable...well like maverick,like in another respublic...:P

Easy to find and helpful staff. Bed was comfortable and rooms were well lit. The bakery next door had to be the best in the neighborhood.

Road noise was steady, as was the neighbors snoring.

Good location: 5 mins to the nearest metro station which is easy access to the main attractions of Paris; supermarkets and restaurants of different cuisines nearby. Clean room with decent size; friendly English-speaking staff.

The room is a bit small if you have big cases. Also very small lift...

The hotel is quite close to the Metro 7 station, and the street where it located is nice. The room is simple but clean and comfortable, and the receptionist is helpful, quite nice.

The hotel provides free wifi, but it is a little bit complicated to get the password via mobile message. Anyway, we got online for the second night.
