Bi-lingual receptionist (Fr & En) was very helpfull. Room had very strange smell, possibly from smoking covered up (badly). Shower doors needed adjusting before taking a shower to prevent bathroom flooding as they did not close. Generally shabby, not up to usual Balladins standard.

Easy to find with on site parking. 2 dogs no problem & no charge. Clean & comfy for overnight stay. Restaurant there for dinner so no need to look round for food on arrival. Breakfast OK.

Nothing. Getting into the parking area was difficult - a code is needed for access, which might be a safety factor but was nevertheless not simple. The room was like a cell. I had to carry my suitcase up a flight - not so easy for a "senior". I got a better price including breadfast at a nearby hotel the next day. . .

The location was ok, the hotel has a good free parking. Near the hotel there's a lot of restaurants and fast foods. The hotel personal was very helpful and kind. The room has a close and old smell. The carpet is very old with holes and spots on it. A serious renovation can be very useful.

I enjoyed the room which, though small, had every indispensable thing. The bed was good, too.The restaurant was appreciated by myself and my family (lunch on the thursday) The only complain will be the noise made by some people late at night and very early in the morning.

Nous avons voyagé avec nos petits enfants. Au retour, tout était impeccable. Nous n'avons que des éloges à faire quant au membres du personnel tant à l'accueil qu'au restaurant (gentillesse, serviabilité, compétence, etc... A l'aller, certains éléments de la literie auraient mérité un remplacement (tâches et forte usure de couvertures)
