The worst hotel I've every stayed in. Staff was rude and not very professional, beds were the most uncomfortable I've ever slept in, the bed-blankets had been used so many times they had big holes in them, and the breakfast was very poor. A group of people were very noisy in the night and it gave us the feeling some "monkey-business" was going on in the hotel, and we felt very distressed. It was also not very child-friendly. |

Nothing. the entire experience was appalling. Cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was appalling. We travelled with young children and there weren’t any basic facilities such as access to a microwave, hot water, etc. Staffs are only available to assist you couple of hours in the morning and couple of hours in the evening. The rest of the time there is no one to help you if you need anything. |

I liked only the nature surrounding the building. Since before my arrival I got may problems as the guy at reception said that I booked only for one night then I showed my booking confirmation and he realized that I was right. Then before showing me the room he asked for the payment and after having paid cash he told me that a receip of payment was possible only on the day of the departure. |

Comfortable bed, polite staff, big bathroom and room (in comparison with premere class), clean hotel, rooms were cleaned twice a day:) Poor internet- wifi works only downstairs. You can use it only near reception (during it's short working hours) or in a non-heated room (with no chairs or anything to sit on). It works horrible: we were losing connetion all the time and it was very slow. The staff didn't inform us about the new code to the front door. We got in only thanks to another hotel quest. |

Actually I thought that this hotel location is very nice and peacefull so I choose this hotel I reached hotel at 14.30 pm, but there reception and main lobby door was also closed no one can go inside hotel lobby and I also tried to contact by phone but that was also unattainded, after 17.00 pm they open the reception door, and they allow me for check in whole time I was standing out side the hotel along with lagguage. Very painful to me. |

Emplacement pratique du fait de la proximité de restaurants vers Bry sur Marne et Noisy le Grand. Notre réservation avait été annulée. pas de possibilité de consulter internet visiblement. On nous a demandé de régler en liquide sans qu'une facture ne nous soit délivrée. |

Le personnel de l'hôtel est très agréable et très dévoué. L'hôtel est calme. on peut rentrer à n'importe quelle heure sans souci. Il y a un parking fermé la nuit. Il est bien situé Au niveau de la propreté: il y a de traces sur les portes, le parterre n'est pas très net, les carreaux ne sont pas lavés...Les couvertures sont défraîchies, peluchent... Il n'y a ni couvertures ni oreillers en supplément dans l'armoire... La télécommande de la télé n'était pas programmée. Ce serait bien qu'il y ait une bouilloire électrique avec du thé, du café, des tisanes.... |

Bonne propreté et bon petit déjeuner. Il n'y a pas de téléphone fixe dans les chambres / les volets sont à moitié cassés / peu de chaines à la télé, soi disant on reçoit TPS / un peu de difficultés à trouver, manque de panneaux / il fait chaud et quand on ouvre la fenêtre il y a la ligne SNCF |

Parijs is goed en snel met het openbaar vervoer te bereiken. De auto kun je gewoon bij het hotel laten staan. Het personeel was niet makkelijk bereikbaar. |
