Fast check in and check out garnished with professionalism and smile. Room was small but with all necessary things to be comfortable and very clean: a very good value for money. Becuase most of the guests of the hotel were attending the same weddig (like us), the hotel made a policy of no need for that night to come back within a certain time. |

This was a very satisfactory one-night stopover. The buffet breakfast was very good. The rooms were a bit basic, and the public areas looked a bit tatty in places. |

because of a late check in someone was there to meet us although we did have a pass number to enter the hotel . Noise from the smokers outside right below our bedroom window at front entrance to the hotel. |

The hotel has exactly what I need: A clean and quiet room with a nice bed and internet available at the room. The restaurant can also be recomended. |

Proximité de Rouen associé au calme de l'endroit Le jour de la fête des mères votre prospectus mentionnait que le petit déjeuner était offert à toute maman , je n'ai pas déjeuné mais cette offre a été refusée à de la famille qui séjournait dans cet hôtel. Pour la justice il s'agit de publicité mensongère , mais je penche plutôt pour un manque d'info de votre personnel. çà fait désordre!!! Cordialement |

Disponibilité du personnel car je me suis présentée aprés 21 h alors que la remise des clés été prévues vers 19 h 30 Fenêtre double vitrage innéfficace (défectuosité de l'étanchéité et de la fermeture) donc beaucoup de bruit de passage de voitures de l'autoroute ou de la voie rapide, pas bien dormi ! |
