If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.
If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and extra beds
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Deposit
The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 2 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.
Pets
Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable.

The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.

End of stay cleaning and TV are not included in the room rate. Guests must either choose the end of stay cleaning service (on request and at an additional cost) or clean the apartment before leaving.

An amazing spot & very handy to shops & outdoor activities. The pool shut at 7.45pm, quite expensive for what it was. Reserved parking was 9€ & we parked in the same building for 4€ |

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, nämlich mitten in dem schönen Bergkurort Cauterets (Belle Epoche!) in den französischen Pyrenäen (unweit Lourdes) : als Basis für Bergwanderungen mit nachfolgendem Wellness-Badespaß also zu empfehlen! Der Service ist nur Durchschnitt, die Wellness-Einrichtungen sind etwas veraltet (verglichen etwa mit Japan). |

Hubo problemas con el parking y ni me atendieron para sacar el coche ya que iba a las 6 de la mañana al Tourmalet y como no iba la tarjeta del parking me dijeron que esperara 3 horas a que abriera un responsable. Si dejas el coche en el hotel los responsables son ellos. Menos mal que un residente me abrió y pude irme sino el lío era descomunal. saludos |
