everything. location, staff, architecture, decor. the room (including bathroom and shower) was tiny by US standards. but, apparently normal by Paris standards. |

For my purposes the hotel was located well. I was familiar with this neighborhood and while not appropriate for the tourist, it worked. |

Front desk staff were helpful, intelligent and professional with a great sense of humour. Room was spacious, modern yet tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable for a weary business traveller. |

Our room was very nice and stylish. Service was very good - almost five star. The food was very nice at the restaurant but there were hardly no other customers but us. This made the restaurant feel "dead". |

Very central location. Walking distance from Trocadera, Eiffel Tour, Arc de Triumph, Champs Elisee. The hotel has a Michelin rated restaurant on the ground floor that offers set menu for just 51 euro drinks included. The room I had was pretty small. Also, the toilet and bathroom were separate which may be inconvenience for some. |

Especially a black senior concierge was the best. Generally your staffs services and actions are far above the standard. Restaurant was also good. If you could have 100 volt electric power point which I wanted to use for my mobile phone's battery charge and rinse liquid for hair washing will be better. |

Upmarket city hotel in this the city of hotels...Perfectly situated for the Eiffel Tower and a 10 mins walk Arc de Triomphe and therefore Champs Elysees... Rate at under half the 'walk in' made it fair value. |

great location, probably one of the most elegant and charming areas of paris, in front of the subway, excellent restaurant even if too expensive. |

The beds are extremely comfortable...neither too hard nor too soft. Everything was in working order...the Airco (A/C), television, the plumbing. The room was clean and pleasant. Up to date furnishings. Americans will find the standard room a bit small but we were very happy with the comfort of the bed and the air quality of the rooms. No musty odors, no obnoxious air fresheners. We have stayed twice at this hotel, once on the 5th floor and once on the 3rd floor. Both times the rooms were quiet. The metro stop, Boissiere, is just a half block away with a taxi stand across the street. This is now our favorite hotel in Paris. The stay are professional, friendly and helpful. We had breakfast included in the room rate. There was a nice array of fresh foods. Hard boiled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, ham, fresh pastries, cereals. We love American breakfasts but were very pleased with the variety of foods provided. Overall, the price is a little high but if you are in search of a great nights sleep, excellent air quality, professional, friendly staff it's a great hotel. If paying separately for the breakfast buffet, the price is a little high. Try to arrive at least 30-45 minutes prior to the end of the buffet for the best selection. We ate alongside a large group attending a convention and the servers did an excellent job at refilling but it does take time to replenish. During our first stay, the restaurant staff were a visibly annoyed at guests showing up 30-15 minutes prior to closing. |

I got a very fair price through this site. This a very nice 4 stars hotel for 200 € + extra that I paid. But I wouldn't pay the 450 € foreseen price for this very classic... Be carefull with extra... 3 drinks in the minibar = 33 € |

This is unexpectedly and unlikely providing the spacious rooms for the guests with the very reasonable price, even if it is located in the city of Paris. I will like this hotel at my next chance to visit Paris. |

The location was excellent, the neighbourhood was quiet and pleasant, bed was comfortable and the bathroom was large enough with a separate room for toilet which was very practical. |
