The beds were extremely comfortable and the accommodations were very nice in our upgraded room (bathrobes and slippers, complimentary water bottles on first day, etc.). The concierge was very helpful and it was across the street from a subway stop and very close to many dining options as well as a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Great location!

The cleaning staff entered the room even if the Do Not Disturb sign was up. This happened once when we were napping - they just walked in and once when we left for a short period and had the sign out they entered and cleaned anyway.

At 26 euros, I thought the breakfast was a bit expensive. You need to eat a lot of pastry and cereal for that to be worth your while.

5 star services with 4 star prices

Love this hotel. Beautiful rooms, very comfortable beds. Room was a bit hot and unable to adjust AC. Construction was going on until about 7 pm so the afternoon nap was impossible, very disappointing considering we had traveled all night from Niger, Africa and needed to sleep. Understand that improvements have to take place and during slow season is the best time. If we hadn't traveled all night it probably would have made no difference to us.

Everything - Staff very helpful and pleasant, location was great, food in the restaurant was excellent and the room clean and very comfortable.

Location was excellent. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Decor was stylish but cosy. Food was good. Price was competitive. I would expect to be back.

We stayed at Baltimore to celebrate 40th Wedding Anniversary, and it was perfect. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was cool and quiet, overlooking the side street. Comfortable and very clean. The hotel was perfectly located just across from the metro and three blocks walk to good eating places and Trocodero, perfect view of sunset over the Eiffel Tower. We would then walk down the hill to walk underneath the Eiffel every night. Also a small supermarket, lovely bakery and post office within an easy walk. Breakfast was plentiful ( not cooked) the fresh fruit and yoghurt was lovely. Nice to have coffee making facility in the room. The bar at night nice to come home to, and we will definitely stay again in this immaculate and reasonable hotel.

Would have liked some extra Tea bags left for the room, tho if we rang, for them, there was no problem

Nice large room (luxe double) for Paris Hotels, clean bathroom with separate wc. I will recommend for business or shopping trips.

Sliping small Bathtub will be replaced by large built shower as been told at reception

Localization

Poor information of services that are or not included in the daily. We had no board "do not disturb"in the room and the maid entered the room several times during our stay, they do not speak English, Spanish or Portuguese, only French.

Geniales Frühstück

Leider hat es im Zimmer 515 gestunken wie in einer Kloake. Dies konnte auch durch Lüften des Zimmers nicht unter Kontrolle gebracht werden. Die Zimmer 515 und 516 die wir günstig über Booking com gebucht haben waren sehr klein und es gab kaum Stauraum im Schrank so mussten wir die Kleider vorwiegend im Koffer lassen. Der Fön konnte im Badezimmer nicht benutzt werden, da die Steckdose nur für den Rasierer war.
