The hotel has a great location for seeing Paris. The room was a good size,but the bathroom with a shower and a separte tub was luxious after a day of shopping and walking. The staff was outstanding, especially the concierge, Patrick, who made sure that we had everything we needed or asked for. Maid service went down a bit on the weekend. |

Great prize at 275Euro for a historic hotel. Great location, great service. We got free valet parking! The shower and the knob to the shower wasn't working properly. |

Hotel very near Chapms Eleysee, shops and restaurants. Prices in bar very very expensive. Breakfast very expensive at 28 euro each.Had breakfast outside hotel at 1/4 of the price. |

Our stay at the Hotel Balzac was wonderful.Our room was very comfortable and nicely decorated, as was the rest of the hotel.The staff were very helpful and attended to our every need.Great location too! |

The proximity to all the central areas of Paris and also it was very quite and a very beautiful hotel. The breakfast was very expensive and not worth the money. |

Fantastiskt bra läge . Smakfullt inredd juniorsvit och snabb service Mycket märkligt och störande att städpersonalen plockade undan våra personliga saker som låg framme vid flera tillfällen och placerade dem inuti lådor !!! Varför ? |

wspaniałe położenie hotelu w samym sercu miasta, nieopodal Łuku Triumfalnego - w ukrytej bocznej uliczce nie męczy zgiełkiem wielkiego miasta. Klimatyczny wystrój, kameralna atmosfera, miła obsługa, polecam Zamówione 2 pokoje De Lux; jeden z łóżkiem podwójnym, drugi z osobnymi oddzielnymi łóżkami okazały się oba pokojami z małżeńskimi łożami a wymiana choć możliwa, była stosunkowo długo trwająca i dość kłopotliwa - nie wiedzieć czemu nie chciano rozsunąć łóżek na odległość swobodnego przejścia - jedynie małej szpary:-0 |

Petit déjeuner anglais à améliorer : jambon vieillissant, fromage absent 2 jours sur les 4 passés et manque de place. Impossibilité de régler par chèque bancaire, ce qui est inadmissible et désobligeant. |
