Banke Hôtel  

πρόκειται για ενα ατμοσφαιρικό ξενοδοχείο. θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά στο επόμενο μας ταξίδι στο παρίσι. η τοποθεσία του ήταν ιδανική, δίπλα στην όπερα καθώς και σε κεντρικό σταθμό του μετρό. στα συν του το πολυ καθαρό περιβάλλον καθώς και το εξαιρετικό προσωπικό. το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα.

Great location, excellent helpfull staff!

One main reason of my booking was: fitness center, though, I could not see pictures showing it. Then when I checked it out, the fitness center contained two bikes and on elliptic trainer and some hand-weight...

The concierge is the worst I've ever had: Sent us to two clubs, which were both closed on that day! Even making a dinner reservation took hours... She would call back at 9pm to confirm it... She recommended a night at the theatre in ... Versailles! She was not able to get reservations at any of the hip restaurants or clubs. In case you wonder yes I was tipping her in spite of everything. Both rooms I stayed in were tiny some overlooking a closed courtyard with no fresh air at all.

The room was clean.

I stayed at this hotel for four nights including the new year's eve. The charge was double on the new year's eve, but the amenities and the complimentary water were not supplied. I also stayed at another four star hotel near San German, which provides better service without asking anything.

Location is great, you can walk almost everywhere; metro station very close; Also ideal for shopping - Lafayette galleries across street. Great design hotel; Free wi-fi in the room; Hotel staff was extremely nice and always available. They spoke fluently english, spanish and even portuguese! A place to revisit for sure!!

Sound isolation is nor very good between rooms. We could hear the next room if they spoke a little louder or laugh.

Location is very good. Close to Galeries Lafayette etc. Design of the hotel well done. Staff very friendly.

We stayed on the 6th floor where the rooms are under the slanted roof and small. Bathroom small and not heated, no bidet or bathtub. Large shower cabin with view but you need to turn the hot shower on for 5 min to warm the area.

Was our second stay at this hotel. Perfect thought through combination of style and design. Rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, especially the bathrooms.Great location for a weekend or city trip!

The room was an excellent size with an extremely comfortable bed and lovely pillows. The staff couldn't have done more and were very friendly and helpful. I had an excellent stay at the Banke Hotel and would definitely stay again.

İ like the way of their boutique hotel style for example everyday we came to room we saw small chocolates on the bad with tomorrow's weather forecast, and their staffs are always smiling and they are very helpfull.the decoration of the lobby and room, the consept of the restaurant are amazjng. it was a perfect holiday for us
