Good Location, Good Service, Friendly Staff We did not take any breakfast at the hotel as we find it extraordinarily expensive for a private trip. |

Location, bar, restaurant, room comforts. I was asked to leave at 12.00 despite asking for an extension as was sick! They aslo have a rubbish TV selection if you are looking for English and non interacvtive services. |

Place of hotel was excelent, but the rooms very small with poor services and ofcourse very expensive. they charged us neraly 70 euros for less than 10 minutes international call from room. |

It was satisfactory but far from being a great experience. Some of the equipment / furniture was already broken despite the fact that the hotel was re-newed only 6months ago. |

breakfast was superb, the hall of the hotel is magnificent after seeing the entrance of the hotel, the room looks very poor. I paid 185 euros for a shoe box. I felt claustrophobic in those 7ms. I felt furious and won't be back. The room was not given to us until 2pm when the normal time anywhere in the world is 12 o'clock. |

Nice staffs,clean room,separated bathroom and toilet,unique designed interior...I was satisfied with the Banke Hotel.Especially the location where was near the Opera was very convenient for us took a loissy bus from the airport. |

Being close to the centre of Paris - easy to walk across the city. Staff helpful and well informed. Shower leaked - poor design. |

The entrance and the lobby are gorgeous. liked the balcony too. Found champagne glasses in the fridge, which is so pleasant. Did not find the exhaust fan in the toilet. The toilet stinks a bit. No hot water kettle in the room, no tea bags, which to someone with a background of the English culture, is a bit difficult to accept. |

Wonderful location with good design. Internet is free in everyroom and the fine breakfast. I'm satisfied with this hotel 100%. |

Very near the Airport Shuttle Bus stop and the metro station. Nice, modern, clean rooms. Free Internet. Nice lobby. Inner rooms with absolutely no outside view and air circulation - smokers beware. Constantly burning strong incense in the beautiful lobby - unnecessary? Mistakes in the breaffast and minibar charges, but solved quickly by the reception staff. Lack of 24-hour open eateries close to the hotel. Sound of the metro may be a problem for light sleepers. But still a nice hotel |

Perfect location. Very good breakfast. We had the room not like on the photo when made reservation. A little bit noisy. Specific smell in the hall. Some staff was unfreandly. |

The location is fantastic and the metro close by to get to all the sights. Breakfast was a little disorganised and the shower tends to leak all over the floor as the shower door does not keep the water in. I would say that they could provide better service in the bar as it was hard to find someone when wanting a drink which I would not expect from a 4 star hotel. |

Great location, professional and mostly excellent staff. The total amount of our stay and a further deposit of €50 a night was frozen from our credit card when we checked in - this was not explained nor referred to and when we queried why we had to pay a deposit in addition to the total price, we were told by the clerk that this is the practice of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel! |

The hotel was comfortable, decadent, clean, impressive, great design, beautiful room...perfect - the hotel makes me want to go back to Paris! That the hotel bar was not opened a little later and the room could have used an i-pod dock - but really - that is nothing to complain about - the stay was excellent! |

Hotel very convenient. The size of rooms in hotel - typical for Paris. But... There are two high-grade lifts :) Free Internet in a room and lobby (wireless). Staff of hotel the friendly. But be cautious, at check-in to hotel staff tries to block the deposit at a rate of an overall value + 250. Do not allow it. Breakfasts extraordinary poor even for Paris. It is better to pass street opposite and to have breakfast twice better and more cheaply. It is necessary to improve a breakfast. To supervise unfair employees on front desk. |

An excellent hotel in a great location. Just takes a minute or two to walk to Opera and large shopping stores. Three metro stations within a short walk which allowed easy travel to all the sights. Lots of restaurants and cafes close to the hotel. The hotel itself is lovely. The room was quite spacious (rare for Paris hotels!) with a large bathroom and walk in shower. We were also lucky enough to get a top floor room with a great view of Sacre Coeur. Highly recommended at at excellent cost. |
