Otelin bir business otel ozelliğide taşımasına rağmen , 3 gece kaldığım otelde kablo aldığım halde yeterli bir teknik ekip yoktu ve bana internet bağlantısı sunamadı kaldı ki bu oteli seçmemin en onemli nedeni iş için paristeydim ve internet bağlantısının ücretsiz olmasıydı! Resepsiyondaki gorevliler çok ilgisizdi ve çözüm odakli değillerdi , odadaki telefonum dısarı aramaya bozuk yada kapalıydı bunun bile nedenini acıklayamadılar , beni baska bir odaya aldılar ama hem internet baglantısı problemi hem de telefon sorunu oradada surdu! iş akışımı yavaşlattı , bu oteli sectiğim için çok mutsuzum..

Very modern rooms with a classy look

The design of the hotel was an interesting mix of modern set in a traditional Parisian building. The room, while not huge, was adequate in size, fairly comfortable and minimalist in design. The bathroom was fine and the amenities adequate. The service in the hotel was excellent and the staff could not do enough to please me.

Compared to the cost of the room, the ancillary costs like the mini bar, room service and bar were high and not worth taking.

This is a very well ecorated hotel in the heart of Paris.Close to metro station,Lafayette and L'Opera.Great location for a very nice hotel.

Standard rooms are a bit small.No room to put luggage.You order ice to the room,they bring it and they charge you 6 €.No infortion in advance.First time in my life paying ice in hotel.

Freindly staff. Breakfast very good. Good location to see the city from. Free map of paris is excellent, as it has the hotels location.

No iron in the room. The cost of ironing a shirt is ridiculous at 10 euro. Mini bar very limited and very expensive. Room service very limited and closes too early, also very expensive.

Many details: no car parking, staff had no clu on how to access/exit public parkings, expensive breakfast (28euro), expensive room bar (11 Euro for a small water), taxis only on call, at a surcharge.

Staff were very pleasant. Location is excellent.Lobby is huge and very cool, with bar and restaurant.

Shower flooded the bathroom, even when taking extra care. No light in the walk in wardrobe, and very little actual storage capacity in quite a decent space, well designed but not properly finished.
