Otelin tasarımı , konsepti , kahvaltısı , sakinliği , odaların tasarımı ( 5. kat ) Otelin bir business otel ozelliğide taşımasına rağmen , 3 gece kaldığım otelde kablo aldığım halde yeterli bir teknik ekip yoktu ve bana internet bağlantısı sunamadı kaldı ki bu oteli seçmemin en onemli nedeni iş için paristeydim ve internet bağlantısının ücretsiz olmasıydı! Resepsiyondaki gorevliler çok ilgisizdi ve çözüm odakli değillerdi , odadaki telefonum dısarı aramaya bozuk yada kapalıydı bunun bile nedenini acıklayamadılar , beni baska bir odaya aldılar ama hem internet baglantısı problemi hem de telefon sorunu oradada surdu! iş akışımı yavaşlattı , bu oteli sectiğim için çok mutsuzum.. |

The design of the hotel was an interesting mix of modern set in a traditional Parisian building. The room, while not huge, was adequate in size, fairly comfortable and minimalist in design. The bathroom was fine and the amenities adequate. The service in the hotel was excellent and the staff could not do enough to please me. Compared to the cost of the room, the ancillary costs like the mini bar, room service and bar were high and not worth taking. |

Perfect room, great design of the common areas and the room, with high class furnitures. Pleasant front desk staff. Great location at 100m of galleries lafayette. Easy parking in the surrouding street or la fayette street, for 2.4 euros per hour except week end. No wifi in the room but in the main lobby only. Was given cable to connect in the room but did not find the plug. |

Beautiful hotel and all staff member provided an excellent service including arranging our Taxi and direction to all tour sites. Excellent location for both major tour sites, shopping (Gallery Lafayette) and excellent Restaurants near by. I do not recommend restaurants directly front of the hotel. We loved Pizza Hut and Hippopotomus Restaurant(Steak House) near Hotel. I would love to love to go back and stay at the Banke Hotel. I stayed in January 2010 and our bathroom was very beautiful and decorative but did not have enough heating system. |

This is a very well ecorated hotel in the heart of Paris.Close to metro station,Lafayette and L'Opera.Great location for a very nice hotel. Standard rooms are a bit small.No room to put luggage.You order ice to the room,they bring it and they charge you 6 €.No infortion in advance.First time in my life paying ice in hotel. |

Freindly staff. Breakfast very good. Good location to see the city from. Free map of paris is excellent, as it has the hotels location. No iron in the room. The cost of ironing a shirt is ridiculous at 10 euro. Mini bar very limited and very expensive. Room service very limited and closes too early, also very expensive. |

Good location, nicely renovated bank building. Many details: no car parking, staff had no clu on how to access/exit public parkings, expensive breakfast (28euro), expensive room bar (11 Euro for a small water), taxis only on call, at a surcharge. |

Staff were very pleasant. Location is excellent.Lobby is huge and very cool, with bar and restaurant. Shower flooded the bathroom, even when taking extra care. No light in the walk in wardrobe, and very little actual storage capacity in quite a decent space, well designed but not properly finished. |

Hotel is situated in the centre of Paris. The price could be less cause water from bathroom wets the floor in the room. Minibar was broken but repaired after request in 10 minutes. The staff speaks english good, attentive and polite. The bar in the eve works only till 23-30. |

location is great and I like having a restuarant in the hotel I am a business traveller and there was no place in the rooms to work and the lobby was also uncomfortable for working on a laptop - tables all too low. Also, breakfast was good but outrageously expensive. |

Friendly and helpfull staff. Brand new, confortable bed. Original decoration. Location. Lux. details (bathrobes&slippers, bellboy, prepare your room at night...) Breakfast price.There was no table to work on once you connect your laptop on the wall (no wireless).Small TV fixed on the wall, it was difficult to watch from the bed. Periodic long distance noise/shake, the tube maybe?Restaurant service not up to the excellent level of the rest of the staff. Bathroom amenities daily placed back in their bag rather than replaced athouhg used (e.g. shower cap which disappeared the first day and never had another one). Bottles thrown away although not placed in the trash container. |

Place of hotel was excelent, but the rooms very small with poor services and ofcourse very expensive. they charged us neraly 70 euros for less than 10 minutes international call from room. |
