good location and nice clean rooms

Great location, 5 min walking to metro and right beside lafayette shopping mall. Staffs are really helpful to carry lugguges and call taxi when I am in rush. But the room I stayed which is single is not big enough comparing with other hotels I stayed. The room has some funky smell. But they did change rooms for me when I complainted. Overall, it is a nice hotel with really nice staffs

Since my business trip has some changes, I have to extend my stays in Paris. When I talk to the front desk, they are not willing to keep the same room rate for me. With overall 10 days stay in this hotel, they should try to accomdate my request. But they rate for my last 5 days was 30 euros higher than my previous booking.

The staff at the reception was extrimily nice. Great location. The rooms where very nicly decorated and the bed was really confortable. I definitly will satay there again when I go to Paris

The rooms are in the small side

Very helpfull staff. Nice atmosphere. Rooms in Paris are always small, especially when travelling alone. In this case it was relatively OK, with a kingsize bed, airconditioning and free Internet.

Breakfast, dinner and drinks at the hotel are very expensive.

The service was exceptional! Marco at the recpetion was great! And so were the others! Had a very pleasant stay! Will deffinalty come again soon! Book early to get a great price on their rooms!

Very stylish. Attentive staff and very nice rooms. Would stay again if opportunity arises. Good location for transport links also.

The hotels impressive decor, reflects genuine style, and is a cut above any other hotels I've stayed at in Paris at this price. I felt like I was staying in a very expensive hotel. The location is great for me, as Paris Nord is usually my entry spot, but with its position close to The Galleries it would be ideal for a shopping stay as well.

The very quiet rooms,the comfortable bed and pillows. Fresh smelling and extremely clean rooms and bathrooms.

Convenience; value for money, frriendly service; great breakfasts
