very good value for money !beautiful lobby .

Location, bar, restaurant, room comforts.

I was asked to leave at 12.00 despite asking for an extension as was sick! They aslo have a rubbish TV selection if you are looking for English and non interacvtive services.

It was satisfactory but far from being a great experience.

Some of the equipment / furniture was already broken despite the fact that the hotel was re-newed only 6months ago.

breakfast was superb, the hall of the hotel is magnificent

after seeing the entrance of the hotel, the room looks very poor. I paid 185 euros for a shoe box. I felt claustrophobic in those 7ms. I felt furious and won't be back. The room was not given to us until 2pm when the normal time anywhere in the world is 12 o'clock.

Being close to the centre of Paris - easy to walk across the city. Staff helpful and well informed.

Shower leaked - poor design.

Wonderful location with good design. Internet is free in everyroom and the fine breakfast. I'm satisfied with this hotel 100%.

We had the room not like on the photo when made reservation. A little bit noisy. Specific smell in the hall. Some staff was unfreandly.

the room air conditioner never worked fine through out my 4 day stay.

The total amount of our stay and a further deposit of €50 a night was frozen from our credit card when we checked in - this was not explained nor referred to and when we queried why we had to pay a deposit in addition to the total price, we were told by the clerk that this is the practice of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel!

Hotel very convenient. The size of rooms in hotel - typical for Paris. But... There are two high-grade lifts :) Free Internet in a room and lobby (wireless). Staff of hotel the friendly. But be cautious, at check-in to hotel staff tries to block the deposit at a rate of an overall value + 250. Do not allow it. Breakfasts extraordinary poor even for Paris. It is better to pass street opposite and to have breakfast twice better and more cheaply.

It is necessary to improve a breakfast. To supervise unfair employees on front desk.

Room service was late, poor and very expensive.

An excellent hotel in a great location. Just takes a minute or two to walk to Opera and large shopping stores. Three metro stations within a short walk which allowed easy travel to all the sights. Lots of restaurants and cafes close to the hotel. The hotel itself is lovely. The room was quite spacious (rare for Paris hotels!) with a large bathroom and walk in shower. We were also lucky enough to get a top floor room with a great view of Sacre Coeur. Highly recommended at at excellent cost.

A Magnificent hotel with excellent facilities. Also a bonus that parking at night seemed to be a lot easier in the streets around than other hotels we have stayed at. Whils it is only 100m from gallery la Fayette, Printemps etc and one street from plenty of restaurants there is not much outside so it is nice and quiet.itself.

The heating does not seem to work in the rooms as both our rooms were cold even after the technician came to explain the combined air Con Heating system (which just looked like air con) it still just sent out cold air. This would be a problem in the winter. (We had to change room as the internet did nto work but they were very helpful and good about it)
