The Beds were very comfortable. Best 2 nights sleep ever! Accomodation was exceptional you would never have to leave if you did not want to.

Everything, as long as you don't mind 10 minute walk to city. Buffet in Brasserie for both breakfast & dinner was very good and decent value considering range of food and quality.

Trying to find the hotel from the station (no directions given)

We came for a very short stay for a concert. The hotel is nice, luxurious, the staff efficient and polite. The restaurant Les Halle was great. We asked the staff of the restaurant to take into account that we had a concert to go to and they accomodated our wish perfectly without rushing us. The food was imaginbative and wonderful.

The perfect and convenient location, just across main train station at Lille. Hotel room is very clean and spotless. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The hotel is literally 5 minutes walk from the Eurostar station (if you took the correct entrance!). It is modern, clean and stylish. The deluxe rooms were spacious, well equipped,very quiet and comfortable.

The pre set air conditioning was too hot for us and couldn't be set below 18 degrees so it was like sleeping in the tropics. For some the location would be too far out of town. As an aside if you are booking a weekend break Lille is shut on a Sunday!!

The facilities and staff were excellent. It's location to eurostar rail service is very good. However when arriving at Lille station follow signs for lost luggage office, then take the exit and turn right. The hotel is about a 200 yard walk.

The hotel was a 15min walk from the old town.

Lovely hotel, staff very efficient, couldn't hear any hotel noise from inside room, bed very comfy! Ten minutes walk from main train station, lots of parking on site in underground car park

Only English channels were sky news and bbc world news.

The rooms were lovely and comfortable, clean and of a high standard.

We didn't find the staff particularly welcoming. One of our rooms were not ready and no apology was given. We were not told about how to pay for the car park etc.. and how to operate the lift, which we found out we had to use out room cards to scan and operate. Poor communication overall and unfriendly.

They upgraded us to a suite .....amazing at £168 per night

Next night they had extended the booking ......and put the price up , very complex , had to check out and check back in again Food offering in restauarant very expensive , try Casino restauarant cheaper but food was only moderate ...best go into town

Super hotel. Well appointed, clean, luxury hotel with no negatives. Friendly and helpful check in staff. Very comfortable beds and excellent bathroom facilities. Would definitely stay again.
