Hôtel Bastille Speria  

To je enostaven, po opremi dovolj moderen, (očitno pred nedavnim) obnovljen hotel. Osebje je ljubeznivo, buffet zajtrk nekoliko skromen, drugače pa hotel, ki ga bom še obiskal. Bližnja Place de la Bastille je nekoliko umaknjena od centralnih delov Pariza (Chatelet, Quatier Latin, Place de l'Opera), toda dobro povezana v več smereh z metrojem in avtobusnimi zvezami. Meni je bilo všeč.

Prefect location, helpful staff, comfy bed. We had a great stay of 4 nights.

I liked the location as I like the Bastille area. The bathroom was pleasant and large. There were adequate towels and amenities. Helpful staff. The bed was comfortable and the room was warm which mattered when t was cold.

The rooms were poorly designed with little room near the door where it was needed and too much on the opposite side of the bed where it was difficult to get suitcases around the bed. The bathtub had no hand grip and the sides were high. The desk top and tables were small and only a few things filled all the available horizontal spaces other than the bed and floor. The doors at the corners are next to each other and any one coming or going from the next room sounded like they were coming into your room. The motion detecting lights often didn't detect. Lift was very small and more than one person with bags would be difficult or even impossible. Only one person at the front desk so check out could be time consuming if there were others leaving at the same time. The room continued unnecessarily warm when the weather warmed up.

I stayed here for a weekend in March. It is small charming hotel in the end of Le Marais district. My room was at the second floor and it had a view to Rue Saint-Antoine and statue de Beaumarchais. Room was big enough for Paris and I really liked my bed - not too soft, not too hard. There is minibar, tv set, table, chair and wardrobe in the room. Breakfast was ok. Bastille and Saint-Paul metro stations are very close. Lots of shops around. Good place to stay!

I loved the location of this hotel. It's close to Place des Vosges and tons of shops are a short walk away. It's just around the corner from the Bastille metro stop so it's very easy to get around the rest of the city.

The rooms are very small, but I suppose that is common in Paris. Also, there is a small plastic barrier at the front of the shower, but that does not prevent lots of water from splashing to the floor during your shower. Pretty annoying!

Everything. Great location. Spacious bathroom. Decor of room. Especially helpful, thoughtful front desk. Very good value for Paris. convenient bus access to major sights.

The location was great for us - close to the Opera Bastille - we went to see a show there and the Marais District, Place Des Vosges, we also left our luggage at the front desk for most of the day before we headed back home.

Great location with cafes and restaurants all around us. Rooms were clean and bed very comfortable. We had a court yard room that was very quite. F I would happily stay here again.

We didn't have the breakfast as there were so many cafe's around. Much cheaper than eating in the hotel

It was a basic, smart, stylish hotel in an excellent location, with friendly staff. Not cheap, but good value for central Paris.

The Bastille Speria hotel appears to have been recently remodeled. Our rooms were quite large by Paris standards the in-suite baths were clean, bright, and nicely supplied with new towels. This hotel is conveniently located near a Metro station and is great for walking to many fine shops and cafe'S.

The hotel was a very good 3 star hotel in a great location. The room was small but perfectly adequate with a very good bathroom including a bath. We had an inside room on the 5th floor and it was very quiet. The breakfast for 13 euros was very good and not a bad price for Paris. Wi fi worked well and there was access to a computer and printer which enabled us to print our boarding cards for flights.

Tea & coffee making facilities in the room would be nice. We did take our own kettle but the hotel could not find us any fresh milk.

Less than 30minutes away from Gare du Nord and Eurostarsmall recently renovated hotel near Metro station excellent location near beautiful Place des Vosges et Le Marais. Very clean and pleasant decor. Lovely bathroom near restaurants and shops. a very nice *** hotel in Paris!

My room (307) was dark all day.

Location - location - location. Comfortable, well designed.

The corridor walls are painted black and the temperature in the room was much too hot (mid-October).

The location in the Marais is excellent. The room was good, recently renovated.

The room smelt of cigarette smoke on entry. There was no tea-making facility, but hot water and cups could be obtained from reception. This worked quite well, but is not as convenient.

The location, adjacent to Place de Bastillwe and the excellent Marais district, with lots of excellent bars and restaurants, also close to Metro Station which gave quick access to usual tourist sites, Latin Quarter etc. Also visited Longchamp to enjoy the Prix de L'Arc de Triomphe race using excellent public transport facilities. Would also applaud the staff at the hotel, were always available to answer questions, but never intrusive..
