1st they put us in the ugliest room ever, but somehow they've found a way better room for us next day without any extra payment. Reception told us, that pictures on the Booking.com are showin' their luxury room, not the regualr one, so we were stayin all the week in ths luxury one, but for the price of a normal. thanx... |

Não gostei - I didn't like this hotel.Only positive point is that is close to the metro. They didn't have enough towels - I have asked them several times and there were not make available in the room which by the way was very dark - I have also asked them to change a lamp that never happened. They do not have wireless as it is promissed, they have only computer to offer you 2 Euros for 15 minutes, absurd! |

Location of the hotel is really nice The level of the hotel is terrible, everything seems to be very poor and broken, we even had no normal electric socket in our room (the only socket was near to the ceiling for the TV:) |

It was very near to the train station and the room was quite spacious, but of course, considering it was for 3 people. The lifts were one tough nut to crack, but it is a life saver even to have a lift installed. |

It's a great location in Paris, specially for young people, because the neighbourhood has a busy night life. One of the receptionists was really attentive. It's a 5 floor building and doesn't have elevators, the room was dusty and the shower drain was clogged in the first night we stayed there. |

Ok hotel. Nothing more, nothing less. Pleasant staff. The room was very small and the bed hard as rock, but all in all ok considering the low price - if you are looking for a place just to spend the night(s). |

most of the staff was courteous. The fact that when I opened the window, and in the dirt filled flower box I saw the remains of a condom was disconcerting. One of the beds had a big stain on the bottom sheet. The telephone had been broken prior to our arrival, and when we left after our 4 nights stay, it still wasn't repaired. The shower area is tiny, and even a thin person has to squeeze in. Breakfast was 7 Euros per person, expensive considering that the croissants and chocolate breads didn't taste the freshest, and were always cold as if just pulled out of the refrigerator. We couldn't get enough towels per person, and the last day it felt as if they had been picked up from the floor and put back on the rack for us to reuse. |

The location is very convenient. As often is the case with an old building, finding the breakfast room was a bit of a quest. The 'buffet' breakfast turned out to be the usual continental help-yourself to yogurt pots, orange juice, baguette, croissants (jam and butter), chocolate croissants and typical public French coffee (dark but not strong and no caffeine kick). Room was OK, some shabby aspects but clean. |

The hotel was situated quite central, just a few steps away from metro Lendu Rollin. Possibilities for shopping and bying groceries at supermarkets in rue faubourg st antoine. Friendly staff, quite clean, nice and clean bathroom with shower cabinet. The hotel had no elevator, and narrow stairs. Thin walls, we could hear the neighbours next door talking. |

Location we wished. 900 meters from Gare de Lyon was not correct, it was much more, with a lot of luggadge we had that was problem. Hotel is in preparation of painting of corridors and that was not acceptable. It should be clear information that hotel is without elevator! |

it was near the bastile which was useful as it was something i wanted to see and being near a metro line was also very convenient for getting out and about. i didn't like the other guests as they were very noisy coming in at night, the walls are quite thin. i realise this wasn't the hotels fault. |

The place it was located was pretty good : not far from Bastille and the famous "rue de la Lappe". Maybe I wasn't lucky with my room, but it didn't seem very clean when i arrived : the bed had a dirty top cover, the sink was clogged and the room smelled like if hadn't been aerated for a while. Things went better when i asked staff to do something about it and it finished better then they had started :-) |
