Nice staff, good and clean rooms (slept like a baby), location is good, we had only one evening in Paris but got to see a lot just by walking around from the hotel The location of the parking was not well explained + also the type of parking available. We decided to leave our car in the parking hall called "la Bourse" nearby. It was really a safe place to leave a foreign car, but we had a little bit of trouble finding it at first. A little map would be nice to get when you arrive at the hotel and ask for directions. |

Hotel was quiet and comfortable which for Paris says alot. Rooms were comfortable and not being woken up by any kind of noise is a rare thing in Paris ( Having stayed in quite a few hotels there ). Staff were friendly and for the price I thought it was great value. I will stay here again no doubt. Great location and no complaints !!! |

In the very centre of Paris, very convinient location, just few minutes to metro station 4 Septembre or Bourse, very quiet place. The room I stayed in the hotel for 2 nights had absolutely perfect view from the balcony to the crossroad and to the small garden in front of National Bibliotheque building. The breakfast was continental and it was just tee/coffee, bread and croiassan and room for breakfast was not as nice-looking as I could expect because my room was so nice. |

Location good. Rooms not sound proofed enough. Every noise could be heard next door. Staff not overly helpful with complaints about noise of guest next door. |

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Owner and staff spoke English and that was a great help. Over all, I felt quite welcomed and they where there to help tourists to find the way and suggest places to see, eat at, and make the most of the stay. There was no way to fit a family with four in one room, so overall cost for our stay was really high. So I may not recommend it for a family for that reason only. But for a couple, definately yes. I wish they had a hot family so that we can make a tea on our own. All I want is an access to a hot water somewhere in the hotel. |
