The room was clean, bed big and comfortable and the bathroom was beautiful and impeccable. The receptionstaff (on the morning i left) was super nice and helpful. The location is perfect, in the walking distance of the old town, good restaurants and the bus shuttle to the airport. Breakfast was satisfactory, although i was charged one euro more than it read in my booking, 8 instead of 7 euros. (noticed after i had left the hotel) The person at the reception (when i arrived) did not smile and was almost rude. The walls are so thin that you can hear everything behind the walls, in the corridor and even the phone of the reception and the super annoying jingle (didnät figure out where it came from). When the staff started preparing the breakfast, they walked in the corridor like a herd of elephants. |

excellent central location, convenient for public transport, rooms to front of hotel have views over the square by the tourist office although other rooms dont have any view |

Hotel staff, cleanliness of room, position for sightseeing of the city, internal decoration of the room and bathroom Overall nothing, except a little bit strange position of our familly room in not very well conected part of hotel (it was situated in a part of hotel where you came passing trough the kitchen) and the part of the room for children does not have windows at all ! |

Nice room, little but very complete bathroom, clean and quiet. Just a few steps to the metro, and centrally located. Terribly expensive car parking, they charged us 17 euros per day and it wasn't clear until we checked out and got the bill. The breakfast was Ok but poor compared to other hotels of the same price. |

Small hotel on first floor no lift. Rooms very small. Position great for exploring the city an access to transport. Plenty of restaurants and great shopping near by. size of the room, bed small and uncomfortable and only a basic continental breakfast available. |

Very good hotel, located in the city center on the second floor of the building. It was not a problem for us to lift the luggage to the 2nd floor, but may be for anyone else it wouldn't be convinient that there is no elevator. |

The beautiful old furniture, in tune with the 18th-century building, the generous size of the room, and the discreet but very helpful staff. We had space, peace and privacy, while staying in a very central and convenient location - right by the stop for the tour bus in fact! |

Great central location with metro station across the road...but still very quiet at night. Lovely clean room with modern bathroom. Would certainly stay here again. |

The location of the hotel. It couldn't be closer to everything that is interesting in Lyon That I had to cary my heavy suitcase into the first floor, as there was no elevator |

This was a great hotel right in the heart of Lyon, you could probably not be more central. The room was great with a modern décor twist on traditional French buildings of the 19th Century; huge picture window and high ceilings. lack of aircon made it very hot and no tea and coffee making facilities in the room were a shame. |
