I really liked the proximity of the Old Town as well as the vibrant shopping and restaurant area. Everything was within easy reach and short walking distance. |

The attention to detail and design in the rooms was just amazing! So was the incredibly helpful and friendly manager. This might just become the only place I'd stay at in lyon. |

Location Very poor reception, halls and entrance - dirty in need of redecoration. Bad entrance with steps and very unsuitable for disabled. Parking was very useful but also very far away. |

The room was extremely spacious with an attractive decor. The staff were very friendly. The restaurant the lady at the front desk recommended was one of the finest I have ever been to. All in all I thought the hotel was extremely good value for money and ideally placed within the city. |

It's central location was excellent, although our room at the front of the hotel was noisy, as it overlooked the main square. They were refurbishing rooms whilst we were there, so things may improve. The drain in the shower room was slightly blocked and the staff were extremely quick and efficient in resolving the problem. We had a superior room, which was relatively average. |

The hotel reception was more than helpful and thoughtful. The decoration and style of the room was very stylish/boutique. The family room should definitely have a window or the second room be removed. The furniture was just fine. |

It is very centric. Room is well decorated and nice. I had an interior superior room with big bathroom. No air con but at least a ventilator was supplied. Breakfast is expensive. |

Nice hotel, with pretty clean rooms and friendly staff. Located in the very center of old city, what makes walking around a pure joy. There was no air conditioning in our room, so it feels not very comfortable when it's +37c outside. And, parking spot is located approximately one mile away. You won't like it in summer hot days. |

Position ideal as a base. Continental breakfast good value. Clean comfortable and nice bathroom Our room was quite small and a little claustrophobic - our window looked onto an enclosed barren space. Too late we realised other rooms were larger and were unoccupied. No aircon! Parking available but some distance from hotel, otherwise expensive public parking nearby under the Square. |

Friendly welcome on arrival. Family room was brilliant with seperate area for the kids to sleep......funky bunk beds which they enjoyed! Modern contemporary decor very tastefully done. Great location in the middle of the main square in Lyon city centre, plenty of amenities nearby No tea or coffee facilities in the room |

Friendliness of staff. I forgot my shirt and the mailed it to me! Distance to main attractions, Bocuse's Sud is 5 minutes walk. Breakfast French but fine. No elevator. Room 1 where we stayed was a bit small. Room 2 can be recommended. |
