Friendly staff. Nice restaurant with decent French fare - pizzas especially good. Beautiful restaurant garden with trampoline and play area for the kids. Complete blackout shutters enabling total sleep. Good walks in the surrounding countryside. Not too far from Carcasonne and Andorra and Montsegur - easy day trips. Loud doors slamming in the morning - an issue with the design of the room doors (this didn't outweigh the blackout shutters though!) Also be aware that the booking.com deal of 48 euros per room does not include food - when we arrived the staff treated us as though we were on a 46 euro per person "pension" deal (kids 20 euros extra each) which included dinner and breakfast. Be sure to clarify this when you arrive!

Restaurant food excellent but with very limited menu. Security poor. It was necessary to leave key in unmanned pigeon hole near front door if you wanted your room cleaned. Reception was on lower floor along with bar & restaurant. All keys showed room number so may as well left key in door or room locked. We chose to take key with us so room was not serviced. Breakfast poor & overpriced also there was not the choice advertised.

Quiet, no-one available until 5pm for check in (in bar downstairs). Meal in restaurant lovely -satisfied in every way. Only voile curtains. Uncomfortable old fashioned lounge. Hotel seemed unfinished -in process of rejuvenation.

We were well looked after and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there, especially the welcome afforded to us by their black labrador Chikka!! The Hotel makes an excellent centre tol explore some of the pretties scenery the Pyrenees has to offer. Especially recommended is Les Routes des Sapins, a 22 km forest trail,we didn`t see another soul the whole route and had all the magnificent scenery to ourselves!!

El personal estaba muy bien con nosotros. Y el precio es muy economico. Apagan la calefaccion por la noche y todos tenian frio (fuimos en Diciembre).

Были проездом 1 ночь. Прекрасный семейный отельчик в маленьком тихом городке - деревня по французским понятиям. Находится в старом доме, но ремонт, сантехника, мебель - все новое, современное. Стиль французкого загородного дома. Все чисто, аккуратно, есть все необходимое. Рекомендую посетить ресторан при отеле - профессиональный повар - прекрасные блюда (фаршированная рыба - выше всяких похвал). Магазины все закрыты после 19.00, а после 20.00 на улице никого, тишина. Машину оставили прямо напротив отеля, мест для парковски прямо на улице много и бесплатно. С интернетом проблем небыло. скромный завтрак - кофе, сок, круасан, масло, джем

Chambre avec forte odeur d'urine !!!!!! Peinture des murs qui s'éffrite !!!!! Service WIFI qui ne fonctionne pas !!!!! Pas de réseau pour les portables !!!!! Excelente cocina. Fácil aparcamiento para el coche. Bien comunicado. Magnifico entorno (bosques, montañas, castillos, ríos, ...) Falta de limpieza, había "telas de araña" en el techo, y fibras sedosas que hacen las orugas de determinadas mariposas. Limpian mucho y bien por el suelo, pero se olvidaron del techo. El desayuno era un poco escueto, pero estaba bien, total, por el precio ¿que mas se puede pedir?
