The girl on reception was unhelpful. The rooms were poor for the price. The idea of the wardrobe with no door in the bathroom is farcical. |

La gentillesse du personnel Le fait d'avoir précisé à la réservation que je voulais une chambre non fumeur et que l'on avait pas tenu compte de ce souhait (pas pris connaissance ou absence de contrôle interne ?). Néanmoins cette erreur a été vite réparée |

La maintenance de l'hotel n'est pas au niveau d'un Mercure: peinture écaillée,commande tv inopérante,chambre surchauffée,intérieur des ascenceurs trés dégradés avec odeurs douteuses.Une mise à niveau s'impose à mon sens ainsi qu'un ménage plus soigné.PS:ces commentaires ne concernent que la partie hotel. |
