We booked a standard room but were disappointed to discover that this was on the ground floor so upgraded to one of the superior rooms. This was delightful with a lovely small balcony and wonderful views. The bathroom was very large and spacious. The staff were universally helpful, pleasant and welcoming. Breakfast was taken on the terrace and was excellent also. Beautiful communal areas and a lovely relaxing pool area. The decor is genuinely relaxing and very appropriate to a particularly lovely part of the world. our only small criticism was that the tiles in the bathroom especially around the bath were very water marked - not dirty but unfortunately gave this impression when the light shone on them while sitting in the bath.

The hotel was clean. Rooms were ok, not too tiny, air conditioning worked. I highly do not reccoment to go there without the car or better with the scooter, there are no places to eat that you can reach walking. It is difficult also to find parking next to the beaches. The breakfast was 7 eur but we always had coffee in places nex to the sea in the morning. It was not possible to eat something at the hotel in the evening, but I think it is ok for the 3* hotel We were asked to move the first day in another room, the lady, probably owner of the hotel told that we were supposed to have a beter room, but I did not notice any defference between them. No minibar at the room. I paid 125 eur per night in august and were asked to keep our towels for the swimming pool for 4 days. and then to pay extra for taking them to the sea (5eur for each), after I asked to wash them (they remained always wet and it was not possible to use them for 4 days).

It is possible to walk to the beach or around the cap from the hotel. There were good suggestions for dinners. Bus service to town was very easy. It wasn't the hotel that, but the fact that roads on the cap are mostly walled and confusing to drive on. You definitely need a car if going to eat dinner in town as the bus service stops about 8 pm.

Great staff who make good recommendations for restaurants and things to see nearby. Free parking on the premises is a real plus, but you also need a car if you stay here to enjoy the sites of the area. The hotel is simply too distant from Antibes to walk to town. Bus service during the day is a good option but not for an evening meal in town since the service stops at 8 pm. Parking in Antibes is a nightmare. Hotel has an excellent continental breakfast buffet. All was as expected if not better.

The staff was excellent and very helpful and the hotel location in the middle of residence quarter was great. Quiet, pieceful and really very comfortable. The only thing I missed was coffee/tea possibility in the room.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good but at 13euro a bit overpriced. Easy to find. Good sized room and bathroom. Not much to dislike, all parts were clean and tidy and staff good. Just the breakfast price a bit high.

The hotel was quiet with a good swimmingpool. It was walking distance to the beach and the beautiful area "Cap De Antibes." We walk one hour every morning along the ocean. The Hotel Staff was nice and give us good service. Without car it is long distance to the city center. We would appreciate pillows at the Sun beds in the Swimming Pools.

The hotel was small, and quaint, with a nice pool. It was far from town, and there is very little parking in the downtown area. Probably 1.5-2 miles. Their website says that there are beaches nearby, but the public one was about 200 ft wide and filthy, and the private was closed. The great beaches the city is known for are in the town area, so be aware.

Very nice atmosphere and hotel accomodations. Very helpful staff. Loved having the patio with table. The main negative was that the bus into town stopped running at around 7:00 pm. The Coffee was very expensive.

That was one of the best hotels according to my "money/value" rate. We stayed there 3 night and it was most relaxing comfortable hotel during whole our trip (6 hotels). Nice room, very nice breakfast. Beautiful relaxing area around pool. I would rate holet 4 stars, not 3! ;) For the money I paid - 5+ out of 5, no doubt! ) Thanks a lot!
