المصعد صغير جدا ولكن أعتقد أنه شيء متعارف عليه في أوروبا عموما وهي ضيق المصاعد وصغرها ، وعدم توفر مياه شرب مجانية في الغرفة

- Location of the hotel

- The room was tiny - The bed was very small - This hotel couldn't possibly be more than a two star hotel - The air-conditioning in the room was broken and when I complained to the reception they told me that the air-conditioning in the whole hotel needed to be fixed and they will be doing it after the summer. They advised me to open the window in my room!! - for Euro 180 per night, this was daylight robbery

- The receptionist, a girl, after giving me a cold artificial smile, immediately told me that the room is not good! This is a hotel employee telling the customer that his room is not good and not comfortable, I can upgrade for 20 Euros she says... I couldn't believe my ears. Then she goes on and says for 15 euros! Bargaining me... She was right, teh room was rubbish. Last time for me there. I don't recommend this place. This employee should be replaced with someone more courtous.

Rooms opposite 2nightclubs, noise was unbelievable Make sure you ask for a room on the other side. Hotel did offer to move us. I feel they should not have given us those rooms as we were there for 5 nights

Small room, room service is very poor

Quiet, tasteful fresh decor, safe and central location, friendly, helpful English speaking staff.

Could be my bad, but I did not realise I had a single bed till I checked in, it was fine but not what I was expecting, I wish that was clearer when I booked.

The staff was so helpful. They answered every question we had about directions, restaurants and things to do in Paris.

The rooms were a bit too warm.

The hotel staff were really helpful & friendly. It was in a great location one street behind the champs élysées - 3 min walk from franklin Roosevelt metro. The street has many cafe bars & restaurants. There are 2 clubs on the street but they didn't disturb us. The hotel room is nice for a hotel in the centre of Paris.

We booked a superior double, but it was two single beds pushed together that moved apart. We did ask for the staff to look at putting a bracket to fix the bed together & they used masking tape to join the legs which did work, but a double bed would have been better. They did offer us a different double room which had a proper bed, but it would have been noisier as it didn't have double glazing which was really good at keeping the sound from the street out. The other issue was other guests were noisy coming back from nights out & the hallway needed sound proofing to protect against this.

Being opposite La Boite nightclub - very noisy when coming out at 2.00 am!

Staff are truly exceptional. Very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. Location is excellent.

Bathroom was almost as big as the sleeping room

Although the hotel is located quite close from the best points of Paris, the nightclub (closing around 5 to 7 am) makes a night a true nightmare. Sleeping room size was really tiny.

Very well located to the all of the high-end shopping as well as many attractions. The finishes and design of the hotel are very nice and comparable to other 4* I have stayed at recently in Paris.

Rooms on the street side may have some noise from the night club directly across. I kept my windows open to keep the heat in the room down, but it did not prevent me from sleeping. While the internet is free, you do have to get a new password every 24 hours or if you download a lot of data (slightly inconvenient).

Location, Price and boutique atmosphere

Slowest internet wi-fi ever (apparaently colleagues tell me it's been like that for several years) - needs to improve considerably to meet business requirements for central Paris

Shower water was cold, internet was slow, room had no heating and got cold.

Location amazing, price was very excellent. Room looked very clean and fresh and nice. Big bed, table for wrking, big tv, beautiful bathroom. I really enjoyed it. For a single room - Perfection! There is an restaurant near the hotel - la vile picante... Smth like this. Perfection as well

Very very cold in the room, maybe i need to understand them, i booked hotel with 20 min before i got there. Lack of time ? After spending 4h in Gare du Nord (all trains to brussels were cancelled) i expected warm hotel room.

The location of the hotel was perfect , close to a metro,shops and tourist attractions and the staff very friendly and helpful.

The room was small and the towels a little old but this was compensated by the good staff and perfect location.
