Hôtel Beauchamps  

The location of the hotel, just a block from the Champs Elysee, was extraordinary. Wonder restaurants, shopping, cafes, historical sites, metro, and so much more immediately available. The hotel staff -- to a man and woman -- were the most hospital I have encountered in 40 years of world travel. (When asking about a restaurant to recommend, the desk clerk led us two blocks to the restaurant to ensure our arrival.)The room was a flash of color and decor; comfortable king-size bed, modern shower, etc.

For the traveler that is looking for seclusion in the countryside, Beauchamps is not the place. It vibrates with life and this means motors scooters on the street, the chatter of people who are alive and some of them in love.

Good internet connection

Room service, this is from an outside company and is only cold food, so not good if you were wanting to spend nights in your room. There is plenty around the area but I was working on deadlines in the evening and unable to get anything decent to east and work. Also Internet, this is rubbish, it was intermitent at best and the signal strength was very weak so dosnloading anything, even opening yahoo pages took an age. I honestly would not stay there again, there are much better around than this and at similar or better prices.

It's good if you go there for business, where is close to the business area.

There is a black lady work at night in the front desk, who is very unhelpful. When I asked her a simple question, she just asked me to ask the train station instead to give me information. And she just kept her eyes starring on the computer. I don't believe it's a 4 star hotel with this human being kind service. Actually the other girl with blond hair is a little bit better. And the men who works there are definitely better service than the ladies. It's not enough lighting in the room. I think they have to change all the lightbulbs.

The location is very good

They did not whant to give us a baby cot. They said there is not enought space. It was. They just whant us to pay for a bigger room. And they were not polite.

The staff at Hotel Beauchamps was efficient and extremely helpful. The hotel's location is close enough to Champs Elysees for action, and just a stone's throw away from neighborhood delights such as bakeries and cafes. The rooms were flooded with natural light and had cozy yet modern decor and furniture.

We would have preferred if the housekeeping staff was more detail-oriented in terms of cleanliness.

Air condition in the room was not working properly. Basin of the lavatory in the bathroom was not draining properly.

Fantastically helpful staff, central location, clean, quiet, extremely comfortable rooms with a good range of eateries locally and within walking distance to the Metro.

Everything about our experience at the Hotel Beauchamps was fantastic - no complaints!

Нахождение отеля в "Золотом треугольнике". Чистота номеров, наличие всех необходимых бытовых принадлежностей,удивило, что присутствовали халаты и тапочки,потому что иногда они отсутствуют в более "звездных" отелях.

Окна выходили на узенькую улицу, где присутствует сомнительный бар и "ор" стоит до утра, окно не откроеш. Но кто крепко спит это не мешает.

Удобное расположение, прекрасный интерьер,очень отзывчивый и приветливый персонал, завтраки разнообразные, номера небольшие, особенно стандартные, но весьма уютные и комфортные (есть тапочки и халаты, чайник электрический, чай, кофе, микроволновая печь).

Нам был предложен номер, который не соответствовал по размерам, которые указаны на booking.com, но после некоторых выяснений мы получили тот номер, который заказали.
