Great location, especially for New Years Eve.
Bed was well worn.
Small rooms and noise from outside the rooms. They kept coming into the room to check the mini bar. This happened several times during my stay and I found it very annoying. I believe they should have a better mini bar management policy.
good value for money, great location, comfortable rooms.
The Internet connection was pretty poor!
I liked the location of the hotel eventhough it is hard to find, their signage blends in to the wall and one can walk straight past the hotel.
The wifi is diffacult to connect to and you have to change the pass code for each device and it lasts for only 24 hours. After which you must collect a new voucher from reception desk, this really needs to be addressed. Also across from the hotel there is a night club which stays open until at least 5am the noise from here was defeating through out the night even if you closed all the windows, very hard to get any sleep during this. However I would stay again but keep this in mind for future stays.
Hotel is overpriced for such a small hotel without breakfast , only good thing is the location but pointless there were jut too much bad points .
had very good time in here!
Location and friendly helpful staff.
Room was very small and was very noisy even though facing the courtyard and not the street. Free wifi only lasts 24 hours and then you have to get another voucher each time.
location is excellent, clean and comfortable
the room was quite small, but it is everywhere in Paris
Location was perfect...
Wifi was not good.
very SMALL and OLD rooms, CHEEEAAAP quality, very tiny lift, VERY NOISY you can hear everyone even the slaming doors can wake you up at night, very very BAD wifi, it SHOULD BE A ONE STAR HOTEL NOT A FOUR STAR HOTEL, THE PICS ARE NOT WHAT IT LOOKS LIKE IN REAL LIFE, IT'S WORSE.
location was good
I know this is Paris but the reception staff were the rudest of anywhere I've ever been in world. In addition. There was a party going on the room across the hall which went on ALL night. We complained to the management who came up first of all and asked them to keep the noise down. It continued and after that the night manager refused to come up to tell them to keep the noise down as he'd already told them once and it was their room and there was nothing he could do. Despite repeated complaints he still refused to do anything about. It eventually went quiet at 6.30am but by then we need to be getting up for a 9.45 train. We complained again to reception in the morning and the night manager denied anything had happened so the receptionist just shrugged and turned her back on us. Without doubt the worst place I ever stayed including third world hostels. I expect this sort of thing in a backpacker hostel but not in somewhere purporting itself as 4 star. If you can stay anywhere else please do.
Location...very close to Cham de Elysee
Small room, noisy pub across the street at night till dawn
slow internet connection
Looks better in pictures.
It is way too expansive for what it is. The Service was bad and the rooms too small. We were woken twice in the morning because the Hotel reception was lookibg for a cleaner. We had a suite and would not recommend it!
Small room tight for two people
The staffs are very good and friendly, the rooms are good. Although the door in my room 107 could not open easily that day, the staff Dana, i remembered, wrote a note to verify it was like this before i lived.
If the wifi could be free it would be better, after all it is just 3.5 EUR for 24 h.
Easy walking everywhere. Close to metro stations and Camps Elysee.
Everything. We have an unforeseen situation of our flight being delayed and had to delay checking in, despite early request to the hotel for moving the 2 Nights accommodation to a day later for the 2 Nights, not asking for a refund, still pay for 2 Nights, the hotel response was a flat NO. Asking us to pay for additional night if we wanted to do so. We have a non cancellation booking BUT NOT a non modification booking as on Booking.com, after being a loyal client and user of Booking.com for years, this is the only time a hotel is so ridiculously inflexible and discourteous, while at check in, no sight of the manager and no welcoming factor. So the experience is appalling, we will not recommend this hotel as there are many others in the area with good location etc.
No coffee making facilties in room and no information in room re hotel facilities. Didn't realise there was a bar until we were checking out.
Location and Staff
Room & bed size. Cash of 50 euro per-day retained as cash deposit to secure the minibar consumption.
Staff - friendly, agreeable, efficient, Bedroom - comfortable, stylishly decorated, well equipped. Was upgraded on arrival. Location - central, safe, lots of cafés/bistrots and shops nearby, walking on the Champs Élysee, close to Grande Palais, Place del la Concorde and Tuilieries Gardens.
Breakfast - very ordinary fare at €19 was disappointing and price excessive. Other Parisian hotels at this level and below do better. However coffee good and staff friendly and attentive.
