Reception unhelpful except the doorman. Ac does not work. Room very small and with bad smell. I would not recommend this hotel
Thanks very much ...hope we can see you soon
The aircon didn't work
Good staff very friendly! unique breakfast. The suite on the 4th floour was great! Amazing location
Had a problem with the reservation, they gave us the wrong room. Triple room was too small for 3 people suite was a lot better.
Location was great as was service!
I did not care for the bathroom & the size.
The most I admired is the cooperation of your reception's staff especially young lady named Lili ..
Breakfast .. It was little bet poor , I think you have to reorganize the restaurant and the food types given .
The superior room is great
The normal single rooms are very small and no AC working !!
the staffs are good and kind
the room is to small
Staff very rood
Super location yet in a quiet street. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are small (normal in Europe) but the bed was really comfortable.
Minimum expenditure on Room Service when they don't provide tea/coffee facility in the room.
Staff were helpful
Wifi connection was slow. No AC as they were having problem with then..insted the hotel provided a cooler which has a pipe that should be out from the window, we felt insecure as we have kept the window open.
Location, Friendly staff
No water, no welcome drink on arrival, No tea and coffee in the room.
Rooms are very small and the air condition was not working and they fix portable air condition which it was use less to be operate in such small rooms and will shut down by it self and difficult to re run it again.
Very dirty and smelly public areas, corridors, elevators and toilets. Old and dirty furniture full of scratches. Very bad quality of mattresses and torn linen. Noisy neighborhood with bars across the street. No central air conditioning since 2011 and they use portable units instead but you have to leave the window open. WiFi is extremely slow and you have to pay 20€ daily for an average connection speed. We haven't slept in this rat nest a single day. We decided to pay the penalty and go to another hotel. I simply DO NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone. We finally got an other hotel, with about the same price in a small distance (600m), which was very clean and cosy, had a super fast free WiFi, excellent TV reception and nice bathroom.
I like the location. I like the staff. I like the services.
Staff at check-in and checkout Mili, Clarissa and the YoungTall Blond French woman (didn't see her name) at the reception desk on Monday August 11 in the morning. Very kind and helpful.
Easy to reach! Close to Elise palace!
Very close to champs eleysees. Love the bakery infort of the hotel it's a great place to have breakfast or snacks
The hotel was good I stayed in it several times before but it's very worn out and it's needs renovation really bad . I stayed in the suite and the Ac was not working after a long argument they moved me to another and it smelled like Asian food ...When I complained they told me that an Asian was staying in the room before me and they can't get rid of the smell. And this was the best and the most expensive room they had!!!!
Being lied to - Hotel staff advised no central air condition due to it being repaired - THIS HOTEL HAS NEVER HAD CENTRAL AIR CONDITION!
I like very much the staff and the positioni
I didn't like the wifi... Terrible
- the location, breakfast restaurant and staff - clean and slick bathroom
- temporary air conditioners obviously not so temporary, and absolutely unacceptable. - staff not very friendly - very small room - what's the point of having Philip Stark decoration everywhere and ruin it by putting an ugly and worn out blanket on top of the bed?
small room; noisy; layout of the hotel and corridors too small; my room had portable A/C, so when I needed to turn on the A/C the window had to be opened with a pipe from the A/C directed outside (never have seen anything like that before); internet connection in my room was really poor!!
everythings i like and love to return again.
slow internet wi fi
