The hotel has bags of character and is very comfortable. It is based around its own little alley with half timbered buildings and hanging flower arrangements. Our room was clean and well presented and the staff are very helpful. It is convenient for the centre of Strasbourg, but wouldn't be a good base for exploring the wider region by car. There are numerous places to eat nearby. I'd recommend the walk around the inner canal to Petit France. The Hotel could be more helpful including information about arrangements for parking. They have an agreement with a secure car park across the road but do not specify its name in their blurb or on their website, simply stating that there is car parking available close to the hotel. Visitors using satnav could be guided straight to the correct car park with more info. (It is the Austerlitz Car park)

Hotel was central and once we found the car park which was just across the road from the hotel all was well. Car Park was very cheap thanks to a deal with the hotel, so this was definately a plus. Rooms were spacious, clean and pleasant. We decided breakfast was too expensive so we ate out which was not a problem as there were lots of cafe's and restaurants. We felt that the hotel was rather over priced.

The location was perfect. We wanted to tour La Petit France - was about a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Staff was so helpful, multi-lingual too. English, French and German speakers. Concierge service was great! Made a last minute dinner reservation for us the 1st night. The breakfast was varied each day and delicious. The food was fresh and kept well-stocked throughout the buffet serving times. Our room was very clean, the whirlpool bath was working fine. We were not bothered by outdoor noises. The room was well heated, linens fresh. Baby crib was added at no extra charge.

The hotel was lovely. The staff was friendly and the rooms were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had plenty of options and we enjoyed our stay. The only challenge was the second night we were in a small room which had an adjoining door to someone else's room and we could certainly here them as they were talking in their room.

Lovely room with two levels under the roof. Very roomy, open structure, old beams. Steep stairs/ladder to the sleeping level. Separate toilet. Walk-in wardrobe. Very comfortable and homey. I stayed shortly before Christmas and the hotel and its court was lavishly laid out for the Season.

Very convenient to downtown area and cathedral. The hotel is attractive and european. Parking was close by and easy to work with. Lots of selection of eating facilities close by. English was spoken reasonably well by most of staff. Staff were always very helpful. I would recommend the hotel to others. Breakfast selection was poor. I have a food allergy (gluten) and there was little available for me to chose from. The room did not seem to be air-conditioned and we had to sleep with the window open and the pigeons made noises outside our window for most of the evening. A drawback! The automatic lighting in the hallways did not always come on and on two occasions we had to walk in the dark to our room and try to insert the key into the door, in the dark.

We enjoyed everything about our stay at Hotel Beaucour. We couldn't have asked for a better location - right in the heart of the cafe district, within 5 mins walk of the cathedral and petit france, and right across the road from a tram stop. Also the room and building itself were fantastic and the staff very friendly. Would highly recommend and hope to come back again!

We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. We rented the loft room for my family of four and it was a very large room and unique. Also, the location of the hotel is excellent as it is a short walk to downtown Strasbourg from the hotel.

The location is perfect. The staff is very friendly and kind. The decoration of the hotel is quite relaxing. The value of the money: for this price I would expect more facilities or the same facilities but for cheaper price.

The Motel staff were very helpful, despite not speaking much English , and were available at all times. The booking in process, very late at nigh,t was excellent and the room was outstanding. The location couldn't have been better and I cannot recommend this Hotel highly enough. We were very impressed, and pleased with our choice.

We stayed for a weekend in room 114. We loved everything in this hotel - location and service. Room design is wonderful, breakfast is tasty. We had good selection of food - even three types of omlet. There were vegetables and fruits. Staff is helpful and friendly. Locaton is the best in town. Comfortable bathroom. Everything clean and comfortable.
