エントランスからクリスマスの雰囲気がいっぱいでうきうきした。フロントも親切でゆっくりした英語で話して- くれました。部屋もきれいで広さもちょうどよいです。部屋からカテドラルが見えてよかったです。 アメニティーが少ないかなと思いました。あとせっかくバブルパッケージだったのに、バブルバスの使い方がわ- かりませんでした。 |

スタッフが親切で好感が持てる。近隣の駐車場に１日停めても、ホテルに言えば7ユーロと割安になるのも良い- 。市内へのアクセスも良い。朝食は平均レベル。インターネットアクセス環境がさらに便利になるともっと素晴- らしい（例えばケーブルによるコネクトを可能にする、Wifiの無料化など） |

スタッフの方の対応はすばらしかったです。丁寧なうえに、とてもヘルプフルで、とても好感がもてました。 設備のわりには値段が高いと感じました。内装も、ホテル情報にあったような、特に素敵なものではなく、ただ- ごく普通のお部屋で、少しがっかりしました。 |

The hotel is well located and particularly well-managed, with great attention to details (e.g. a nice wood fire in the hall during the winter season). Still, some of the rooms have outdated furniture and bedding and the minibar doesn't reach very high standards. The price of "comfort rooms", especially when the windows open on a concrete pit, full of pigeons' dirt, seems to me unjustified. |

The deco of the hotel projects an extremely warm and cozy feeling, especially with the wonderful christmas decorations and fire place. We stayed in the duplex room which feels like we are living in a small wooden cottage in the woods but with all the city amenities nearby, it was really lovely. |

The hotel is located quite close to many of the interesting tourist attractions in Strasbourg and the staff were very helpfull with maps and directions, etc. In the room on-suite bathroom, for safety reasons there should be a hand-hold bar to grasp when entering and exiting the shower. This is important for older guests. |

Charming atmosphere, very professional staff, interesting location in a picturesque, central and still very quiet neighbourhood. Lots of shops (including hairdesser's) and small coffee-bars, a tram stop very near. While on the whole this hotel has a touch of luxury, the "comfort rooms" are pretty basic as far as furniture and beds are concerned. For these rooms the price seems a bit too high (most have a view over a dirty concrete roof to a inner yard). |

The building is beautiful; the room was very nice although the bedroom itself which was descibed as "large" was quite crowded. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was great. I think some measures of security should be taken! We were received in the afternoon by a young woman. We went out and came back at night. There was a man at the reception desk who gave us our key without so much as asking our name. We could have been anyone. |

The hotel itself was nice looking from the outside, and it was a great location. Petite France was a few minutes walk and it was close to museums, shopping and restaurants. It was so not worth the price. We paid for a package with a "jacuzzi" (which was a little bathtub with a few jets) and breakfast included. The room was tiny, with an inadequate "jacuzzi" and breakfast was a few (stale) croissants and some cereal, coldcuts, yogurt. We could have saved the extra money for including breakfast and stayed somewhere a lot nicer for what the cost of this room was. I was very disappointed. |

Great location (practically next door to the famous Cour du Corbeau, but half its price), friendly staff, cheap parking right across the street, cosy and romantic atmosphere, including a friendly talking parrot at the reception area. |
