Hotel Beaucour

The hotel is well located and particularly well-managed, with great attention to details (e.g. a nice wood fire in the hall during the winter season).

Still, some of the rooms have outdated furniture and bedding and the minibar doesn't reach very high standards. The price of "comfort rooms", especially when the windows open on a concrete pit, full of pigeons' dirt, seems to me unjustified.

Excellent location, great staff, parking next door...

Charming atmosphere, very professional staff, interesting location in a picturesque, central and still very quiet neighbourhood. Lots of shops (including hairdesser's) and small coffee-bars, a tram stop very near.

While on the whole this hotel has a touch of luxury, the "comfort rooms" are pretty basic as far as furniture and beds are concerned. For these rooms the price seems a bit too high (most have a view over a dirty concrete roof to a inner yard).

The building is beautiful; the room was very nice although the bedroom itself which was descibed as "large" was quite crowded. The staff were helpful. Breakfast was great.

I think some measures of security should be taken! We were received in the afternoon by a young woman. We went out and came back at night. There was a man at the reception desk who gave us our key without so much as asking our name. We could have been anyone.

Quiet, clean, cozy and very convenient to all the major sights. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Will definitely go back.

Great location (practically next door to the famous Cour du Corbeau, but half its price), friendly staff, cheap parking right across the street, cosy and romantic atmosphere, including a friendly talking parrot at the reception area.

Way too expensive for what you get. Disappointing compared to other expensive hotels in other European cities. We had two large rooms on different floors, and neither was impressive--even with jacuzzis in both rooms.
