We had a pleasant stay of 4 days. The hotel is very close to Eiffel Tower andetro station...
Loved the friendly service buy all. Great location walking distance to everything. Would highly wreck amend.
Location Surrounding area Ease of travel from Gare du Nord
Rooms fairly small but adequate for a base to sleep and get ready
Yes, the neighborhood is great, but this place isn't worth the money.
Just about everything, shabby rooms, depressing hallways, staff member lied and said there was no computer when there was, she lied about the number of towels alloyed. Not a good experience.
The location was good close to the Eiffel Tower
Out toilet stopped working and they didn't fix it properly which was very annoying
Great location - 10mins walk to Eiffel Tower - Metro station Ecolle Militare 2 mins walk -25 mins approx. Metro trip from Garr Du Nord - next road is full of restaurants, cafés and supermarkets Great Staff - staff really friendly. Lady on reception let us borrow bottle opener lol etc - Staff always say bonjour etc when passing you. - luggage storage is great for last day of trip
we had an amazing view of the eiffel tower room 46. It was my first trip to paris and first holiday with my partner. The hotel is situated in a nice quiet street and has great metro connections right around the corner from it. Staff are very helpfull and kind.
Excellent locarion. 5 min walk from Metro.10 minutes walk from Eiffel and and all other attractions accewssible withing 30 min walk or metro. Airfrance airport shuttle also availble within 10 min walk. Lots of restaurants around though pricey. Found a takeway Pizzahut nearby. Fantastic Crepeiere at stone's throw. Overall will recommed to anyone.
- No coffee maker
This hôtel provides Many things that every tourist looks for : location, good service, Nice stuff and good value for money !!! I recommand it for every walking street lovers :)
Tall fellows like me need bigger beds ...
Literally 99.9% was perfect
We was on the 4th floor and the facing room was having a referbish and was disappointed with the noise after a long flght from Australia - manchester - Paris.
Location was perfect. Very close to metro stop. Within easy walking distance of Eiffel Tower. Great market very close but hotel is on a quiet street. Receptionist stored our bags while we explored before check in time. Delicious bakeries and chocolate stores close by.
Internet was terrible. It may have just been a one time glitch but I was never able to connect because their server was down. Nightime receptionist didn't seem to really want to help fix the problem.
the hotel service is very bad, and the bed cover and blanket are very dirty.
This hotel is compact but very comfortable and clean. It is in an excellent location right bext door to Rue Cler - which has fabulous restaurants and small food shops. After walking all day with my 11 year old it was the perfect spot to get a good bite to eat close to home.
The staff, actually only the woman from reception and the waitress. The location
Small room, but that's Paris .only stairs to carry your luggage in the reception . I asked for heating in the room as I was cold and I didbt get it.
Great location & nice clean facility
Small room & lack of electrical outlet near bed
Excellent location: one block from rue Clare and three from a Metro stop. Pleasant, English speaking staff were helpful and provided good recommendations.
There is a persistent, overwhelming musty smell on the ground floor. I believe that this had been mentioned in previous postings. My incorrect assumption was that it would have been dealt with, but it has not. It did not bother us in our room on the third floor, the fact that it has not been dealt with concerns me that other problems could be neglected as well
Very good location, big bathroom, very tasty pastry and cheap coffee nearby, staff is helpful.
Superb location! Near to eiffel tower just what i want.
The toilet should be upgraded. Its tiles are moldy. Lift is too small, but i think almost all budget hotels have the same problem...
Location and free WiFi
Very small basic room. No frills
Location, location location!! Rue Cler right there, with all we really needed for our stay. Bus, Metro and RER all within walking distance for transportation. Front desk very helpful with information and recommendations, especially a young man named Said. Young woman after our checkout helped immensely with a luggage problem. Would highly recommend.
Price for breakfast (9 Euro) was a little high for what there. Could have been complimentary. Other than that, no complaints.
Shower control takes up 1/3 of shower.pole to shower head attachment was broken. Toilet wobbly and too close to wall.
Location was excellent! Walking distance from Eiffel Tower and lots of tourist attractions!
Lift and stairs, very small.
location & friendly staff on reception
breakfast looking into laundry room awful mold spots on the ceiling in bathroom and around the bath
WiFi, breakfast, view, staff, location
small room but hey, it is Paris. The three stars seemed to be inflated, more like a two star to me
Everything except the location
