Staff spoke English and were helpful. Free wifi.

Whole hotel was under renovation. My first room was just painted and the painter was still in the room. I had to get a second room. This one was renovated and comfortable.

The area was perfect for us. The staff were friendly. The rooms were spotless and also it is located in a area were to eat and drink are very decent with the prices, and also so near to the eifel tower. Would def stay again.

No tea and coffee in the room and quite small as a hotel but you do see that when you book it.

We were very impressed, with the Hotel, very comfortable, what with the recent refurbishment of last year, our room, bathroom, was very impressionable, and suited our every need. Would highly reccomend, the location just yards from the metro. All ammenties, Restaurants, Boulangeries, and shops, all very close, eiffle tower, 15 mins, away. All in all would recommend to anyone, wanting, resonable accomodation, location, and excellent service, and comfort.

The room was very clean and design.

The lift stopped working next day.

small, but very clean, and newly renovated rooms. Less expensive parking (15euro/nighte). location is very good for a walk to the tower, or metro station is close by.

The renovation transformed the hotel rooms to modern,clean rooms ..and good value for money in a good location...would recommend it

The Beaugrenelle Saint-Charles is located in the very hreart of Paris not far from the Eiffel Tower and the Charles Michels Metro Station is only a hundred metres away. The building is quite old but has been refurbished to a high standard. The staff were very friendly and helpful and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the hotel to anyone.

Very good location - 12 min to Eiffel, across the street from subway, supermarket, bistros etc. Nice and modern room design, newly renovated all grey with hints of light blue. Nice room orientation - facing the street. Large, door-like windows. Nice LCD on the wall, elegant bathroom. Very clean, daily cleaning and towel change.

The phonic isolation is very bad - you can hear annoying noises from the corridor, even neighbouring rooms. Small room, but ballanced by nice, modern design. You can get internet only on your own device, via wi-fi. We didn't have a laptop, and internet on the computer at the reception didn't work at all. With 340 € for a double, 3 nights, is on the expensive side.

there was only one problem one guy forgot to set up a wake up call, it could be really important for some people. The hotel is modern and clean inside, we didn't care about the view though it's not the best place if someone going for a honey moon. But it's very clean and the rooms are nice.

Our rooms had recently been renovated so everything was new and modern. The room was a bit small for two people, but it wasn't a deal breaker. The a/c worked well and internet was free, strong, and consistent. Hotel location was great. A 20 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower with a metro station directly across the street, lots of nearby good Asian restaurants, two pharmacies, a grocery and corner store all within 1 block radius. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and all spoke some English.

Breakfast was not included and was way too expensive for the meager offerings. I would recommend eating at one of the cafes just outside the hotel. Also, no mini-fridge in the rooms so we had no place to keep water, other drinks or food cold. There was also no ice to be had in the entire hotel (even from the kitchen) so we couldn't have nice cold drinks in our room or get ice for my mom when she fell and needed an ice- pack to keep down some swelling. We had to get new internet login information every three days as well, which seemed needlessly complicated.

Friendly staff, nice, very clean and and not too small room, good location literally 50 steps from the metro station, 20 min walk to Eiffel tower, good aircon system, price.

All is ok but suggest to take the room facing the inner garden as rooms with street view are more noisy. Ongoing renovation of corridors which will take approx 1 more month.

The location was great. The room was clean with air conditioning, which is rare in Europe.

There was renovation going on, it was very unsightly. The view from the room was not as described. It overlooked the really untidy back part of the hotel. The hotel claims you can see the Eifel Tower from your room, this is not the case. You can however see the Eifel Tower from the hotel. But you can see the Eifel Tower from almost anywhere in Paris.

Renovations galore- lose wires in halls, lack of proper tiling but I must say the room itself was in tip top shape, just that the smell of paint from the surrounding renovations was all over the room.
