It is situated right near the metro in a good area, very close to cafes, supermarkets, and other usefull services (like postoffice for exmpl). In a 10 min.walk from the Eiffel tower, which is seen from the hotel street. The stuff is good and helpful. The room (we stayed on the 6th floor) was a bit small but very cosy (all the things needed) and stylish, and what is more important - very clean. The bathroom is ok - shower, hairdryer, etc. You don`t need to take breakfast i.e. right in front is - the Sturbucks, a bit futher on the square "Mcduck", in general lots of choice to eat in.

The room was a bit small. The view from the window was poor. Sometimes in the morning the noise of broken glass was heard as the dumptruck was collecting the gurbage. But these all are my nit-picking ))))))))))))))

everthing - my washroom in Abu Dhabi is bigger than the room they provided us - hotel lift can not accomodate more than 3 persons...if you have baby stroller or luggage it can hardy fit in the lift

Beware: The hotel works with Crooks. Cab Fare from Airport to hotel is $65 by meter. Hotel booked a cab which charged me $115 to go back to airport. He assured me he goes by meter and sounded very friendly until you got into the cab and he true colors showed. Please be very careful of Taxis in Paris and don't expect this hotel to look out for you. - Paper Thin walls, could hear even the slightest sound coming from the corridors. - Hotel did not have my room ready at 2pm even though thats the stipulated. When asked when it would be ready, the receptionist shrugged with a look "Not my problem, once ready u will be told". I booked the cab at 8am, I got there at 7.55 and asked if the cab was booked her reply was "Its not yet 8". In the end the cab was 10 mins late. Paris the Gem of Europe is one of the most beautiful places on earth but its also a magnet for all the scum of the earth. Not only did we get cheated by the Cab booked by the hotel, my friend got pick pocket in the subway as well. So many people have mentioned nightmare stories. Please be very very careful in Paris.

Freshly renovated hotel, very clean. The room facing inner yard is quiet. 20 min walk to the Effel tower. Cafes near by. Metro is just outside the hotel.

Very small room (single), bathroom is tiny. It feels like someone is walking on you head when your neighboor enters/leaves the room (due to bed location)

This hotel is in a great spot in a neighborhood where you can find everything you could possible need in Paris as a visitor. Access to the historic center of the city is easy, and the Tour Eiffel is always in view. Rooms are comfy, everything works, and it is a quiet place to sleep. You don't need to be a contortionist to use the shower, either. A great value for the money.

The breakfast tariff is way out of line with the available offerings in the neighborhood only a few footsteps away. Paris is expensive enough without squandering unnecessary funds on a cold breakfast. Go mingle with the locals in a cafe or bistro--it is much more fun.

In spite of the fact that the room was a little bit smaller we did really like it. Everything was new and clean. Every day we had new towels and bath supplements which was really appreciated by us. I would say that this hotel has same services as 4 stars hotels have. Two stars are just because of the size of all rooms. Location is great. Right next to metro station and when we walked to Eifel tower it took us just 15 minutes. Very placid nighbourhood with many restaurants and "boulangeries".

If you want to connet to wi-fi you have to ask for login and password at the front desk and it is valid just for one device and three hours. Anyway I don`t think that It should be any problem to ask for this login as many time as you want. We just used it once. Rooms are not dead sound proof so If you have a lighter sleep, as my girlfriend does, you may have an issue with that. I can sleep next to shooting gun so I didn`t mind. Our digital safe placed in closet didn`t work. I would appreciate to have mini bar in the room.

One night there was a lot of noise above our room throughout the entire night, as if they were doing labour work in the hotel.

Great location, 15 min walk to the Eiffel Tower & straight across from the Metro. Friendly staff with excellent service throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend to friends and family!

Room was small, but that didn't effect us - it was perfectly adequate for our stay.

The room is good and better than the photos , the place is clean the shower is too big and the room two (double room) , close to effile tower , right infront of (starbucks, mcdonald, ...)

Excellent location, near Metro, and every service or shop you need within walking distance. Eiffel tower can be see on the pavement outside the front door! Bed was comfortable. My room was facing the inner courtyard so very quiet. Cleaning service was good.

Room was small with very poor soundproofing for front door. No minibar or drinks (i.e. coffee/tea) in room.

It is a reasonably priced hotel in a decent location and the staff is very friendly helping you with all requests.

It has paper-thin walls, you can hear your neighbors talking and watching TV, you we had to use earplugs to get a good night sleep!

It's really close to the underground. There's a lot of places to get food around. The hotel is smoke free but you can stand on the small balcony. The shower is big. They also offer you soap, shampoo, shower gel, etc. so that's good for people like me who forget everything. The door of our hotel room broke, because the battery was dead. They offered us an other room for the second night but we decided to stay in our room since it wasn't a big deal that the electric lock was broken since there was an easy sollution to it.

We had a room on the first floor. So every time someone came into the hotel we could hear the automatic doors downstairs. Which is really annoying at 5 in the morning when they deliver the breakfast.

Really close to the underground station, just in front of it!!!I Loved the fact that first thing you can see leaving the hotel is...tour Eiffel!Rooms are big and really clean, I really joined the stay and there is a very good price/quality ratio.

It's not very close to the center of Paris, but the underground stop it's just in front of the hotel and there is a taxi station at 100 meters from the hotel. It's just 20 mins walks far away from Eiffel tower anyway.

The Hotel is very new and well taken care of. Everything you need for a comfortable stay in Paris!

The rooms are not very big.

During the stay it's pretty nice, very near Tour Eiffel, around 15 mins by foot, there are cafe, restaurants,pharmacies & supermarket and subway near by. Besides, the bathroom is clean w/ hair dryer and also big. Although the room is not that big but everything is in it. It's recommended if you are not going to stay long.It also offers public parking which only 1 minutes on foot to get there, but please remember, make reservation in advance and cost 20 Euro / per day.The room is air- conditioned.

We stay at the first floor, we could smell the the toast burning.
