i like the room , its confortable and clean with the price they offer. the front desk staff are friendly and caring though language problem exists.

the dining place for the breakfast.too small compare with the number of guest you have. need more employee to assist in cleaning the table.

Approximity to sites and transport.Good access to some local markets and resteraunts.

Walls between rooms very thin. One guest getting out of bed to request people talking in foya to be quiet. Loud showers and toilets wake you if a light slpeeper.

The hote was very poor and very old. The personnel was not that friendly, and basicly we stayed because we did not feel looking for another place to stay. I would definately not recommend this hotel and would not go there again

Convenience and friendliness of the desk clerk were the only two things we liked about our stay.

Looking for a nice, quaint hotel close to the Tower for romantic getaway to Paris? Do yourself a favor and pass on this Parisian dud! Parking? What parking? Not sure why they advertise parking on the website. We were instructed to park on the street. Second, the hotel did not have our reservation from Priceline, so we were given the last room available and this room was extremely small, had an exposed gas line sticking out of the wall, a partially exposed opening in the bathroom from which you could hear the leaks from a second floor toilet, and a large package on the floor (for what I don’t know). But wait...that’s not the worst! We noticed a bug crawling on the bed and heard a four-legged critter in the plastic ceiling!

The hotel was clean, the staff extremely helpful and friendly, and breakfast was fabulous....and within walkking distance of the Eiffel Tour, small local restaurants and eatteries.

free breakfast, free internet,walking distance to Eiffel Tower and we used it as a land mark so we don't get lost. thanks for the city map.my colleagues said i chose a reasonable hotel and the site is perfect. also the availability of tours and pick up and trip back to airport. We regret that we didn't make use of your available pick up in the airport. We were charged so much for the 3 taxis, there were 8 of us and lots of luggage. we came from a 10 day cruise.

We loved Ihop on our first day. He was very accomodating and helpful. we needed somebody to guide us on our first day on a strange place. But the night shift person was snappy and not friendly. we missed Ihop. He didn't come back.

Breakfast was very good, staff was co-operative , location was good, cleanliness is okay as well.

There should be air conditioners or at least fans in room. When outside temprature is arround 24 in Octuber then you feel uncomfort in room .

The friendliness and honesty of the staff. They were very helpful.

Some areas had a smoke (cigarette) smell.

We stayed in the ground floor. The room was stuffy, the air-condition was not powerful enough.The window was on the street, so we could not keep the window open. The breakfast was a disaster experience.

It location was very good and was near Eifel tower.It was clean and the staf were kind and polite.

Excellent location, close to Eiffel Tower, waterbus and subway. The hotel staff was very helpful and freindly.

Be aware of construction next door, during the day it's very noisy, but quite at night.

One of the main things that influenced my booking was that rooms were soundproofed and air conditioned which is generally useful with temperatures as they are in Paris during July. There was no air conditioning except a portable unit in the breakfast room

Very good location to the eiffel tower and other tourist sites. Very friendly staff very helpful. Good breakfast buffet as well.Very satisfied.
