Bathroom very squeezy but for the price good value. Disappointed that the restaurant is only open week nights and that is was Friday night and closed.

It's cheap and the room was ok

The front desk was not open 24 hours like booking.com description says, only from 6:30 to 23:00. The restaurant was closed but there are some others around.

the hotel was not situated in the nicest part of town, the people wqere very friendly, but the room was small!

It's the second time I've stayed here. All the staff are very welcoming and efficient. It's a very basic hotel, but the staff make up for it. Internet worked very well on my first stay (in the front of the hotel). Convenient location for the university campus where I had a business meeting the following day.

The salad bar in the restaurant is excellent but all the main courses I've tried have been less good. Ok for the price, but not fulfilling the promise of the starters! Internet didn't work during my second stay (at the back of the hotel). Not a very pleasant location, on a road junction with a Renault repair depot next door. The Chinese restaurant might be worth a try though.

The staff were very polite and helpful. However the hotel was so awful that no matter how nice they were it was still the worst room we stayed in in France, and it was not cheap either. Breakfast was quite good.

Room tiny, noisy, no curtain on the window at night, we had to hang a bedspread up over the window to block the light blazing from the scenic car park. no lift, no blankrts for the beds only doonas which are too hot. I can not understand how this dull, tiny and charmless hotel has received good reviews. but the staff were really polite.

Good food

Nice location away from traffic noise. Rooms are more than adequate if a little basic, but the shower left a bit to be desired! Receptionist was very friendly and we were able to use the bar.

Restaurant was closed, so we had to eat outside the hotel. Luckily there is a great Chinese just a few seconds walk away! Breakfast a little expensive for the choice offered.

Everything very good but the bathrooms, they are very small. Free parking, nice room. Nice staff.

Staff very helpful. We had adjoining rooms for us and kids. Kids very happy with WiFi and Sat TV. Breakfast was fine. Perfect for halfway house if heading to Ferry. No complaints would stay here again.

good location, good restaurant, excellent facilities

We have one daughter in a wheelchair and we didn't have an elevator to go up to our rooms.

L'accueil du personnel, le sourire, le petit déjeuner l'isolation phonique des chambres le changement de la literie et du linge de toilette sur le séjour la propreté l'hygiène (l'entretien des tables et du linge au vinaigre blanc) il me semble bon séjours

Petit soucis dans la salle de bain chambre 67 le joint de douche est abimé et laisse passer l'eau suggestion : mettre une petite affiche sur la porte à l'intérieure des chambres afin que les personnes pensent à prendre leur clé

Bon rapport qualité prix

Accueil du personnel très agréable. La chambre est confortable même pour une famille(2 adultes+2 enfants).

Très bon accueil, parking suffisamment équipé en place de stationnement . Déjeuner avec un choix correcte. Chambres confortables. Personnels de l'hôtel sympathique . Seule bémols Canal plus ne fonctionnait pas dans les deux chambres .

Canal plus pas accessible . Mais ce n'est pas grave, on était pas la pour ça .

Se n'est pas loin du futuroscope,d'un centre commerçial!

Qu'il n'y avait plus de place sur le parking,que la carte pour rentrer dans la chambre ne fonctionnait pas!
