the location is in the heart of the city, but I think the hotel does not worth a 4 star although we booked a superior double bedroom, we received a twin bedroom on the ground floor without aircondition, and after complaining, they gave us another room just the next day with aircondition, but still with twin bedroom. |

I liked everything about it. The room was larger than I expected. The reception staff was all very helpful. The breakfast was not bad. And the price was reasonable. In particular, the deal for triple room was really good. There are two lifts. The one serving our rooms was too small. It could only take a maximum of 225 kg each time. But it turned out not to be a big problem. |

The location was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good although not extensive. The room itself was small and a bit cramped. The bathroom really needed updating, it had a very peculiar shaped bath which did not lend itself to a relaxed soak in the tub! |

The location was ideal for touring the main attractions in Paris. The elevator had a mind of its own .... sometimes the door was hard to push open, sometimes it wouldn't close, once we had to use the stairs (5th floor), and other times it would work perfectly. |

Good location; beautiful room - quite big with a gorgeous and spacious bed; really lovely, well equipped bathroom; delicious, fresh and plentiful breakfast; really nice and helpful staff; able to get a very good night's sleep as well. The only thing was that the toilet smelled at first and then again on the day we left so not sure if there is an intermittent plumbing problem? Only the plumbing problem mentioned above. It would also be great if some Englisn breakfast tea could have been available. |

Staff were helpful and friendly, room was clean Sold as a 4 star superior room but it was more of a standard 2/3 star room. It was very dark and small, two single beds pushed together advertised as a superior double. Bath instead of shower. Bar was not really a bar but a room with the receptionist serving, did not revisit after the first drink. |

Location for visiting everything in Paris was great. Breakfast was hot and plentiful. Reception staff were helpful and spoke other languages than just French. Bathroom had no shower (apart from hand shower). Sometimes had to wait for lift which was very small indeed. |

The hotel is located in a very convenient place, in a small distance from the main locations of interest (museums, shopping). The price was fair, compared to the area and the services. Room was clean and the personnel were kind and helpful. I recommend this hotel for someone who likes to have ''small escapes'' in the lovely city of Paris. A renovation of the room would be a good investment for the future. The room is good, but the age is revealed in the furniture. Cabins must be placed in the shower in order for the water not to be spread in all the area of the bathroom. |

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to Champs Elysees and Galerie Lafayette. The staff is friendly and willing to help you every time you ask. The hostess during the breakfast shoud be more attentive and quick. |

It's a nice and cosy hotel, beautifully situated in the heart of Paris. We appreciated a lot the restaurant area full of old charm. We thank the hotel staff for their warm welcome. the only problem was, probably, the small size of the room |
