Die Lage dieses Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und sauber, das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut. Die Angestellten an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der Hotelbeschreibung stand, dass es im Hotel ein Restaurant gibt, was aber nicht der Fall war. Dies sollte berichtigt werden da ein Restaurant im Hotel für viele Reisende als sehr wichtig angesehen wird. |

Besonders hervorzuheben im Bezug auf dieses Hotel ist das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis (solange man über Booking.com bucht). Das Personal ist wahnsinnig freundlich und wirklich hilfsbereit und die Lage des Hotels ist auch besonders gut. Ich habe in Paris, in dieser Preisklasse, schon in wesentlich kleineren Zimmern übernachtet. Das Zimmer war, für Pariser Verhältnisse, geräumig und super sauber. |

Lobby looked nice.... The room was too hot and we were kept awake until 1 a.m. listening to other people in adjacent rooms (there is no sound proofing). The room was very small and the blankets on the bed were mangy at best. Did I mention the lift was broken? |

Very expensive for what you got. Breakfast was very basic and the rooms were quite small. Its the location you are paying for, just beside the Madeline Metro stop !!! |

My wife and I were very please at the friendliness of this staff as well as the super location. Easy, easy access to everything atourist wants to visit while in Paris. We will definitely come back to stay here on our next trip back to Paris. Thank you booking.com for the excellent rate - more than 50% off the walk-in rate. A bargain for this location in Paris!! Can't comment on the breakfast! |

The on duty manager made dinner reservations for us at a restaurant he recommended. Breakfast room is beautiful. The rooms are entirely too pricey and the hotel needs a new decorator. Breakfast is very expensive and the price should be lowered. |

the location is in the heart of the city, but I think the hotel does not worth a 4 star although we booked a superior double bedroom, we received a twin bedroom on the ground floor without aircondition, and after complaining, they gave us another room just the next day with aircondition, but still with twin bedroom. |

I liked everything about it. The room was larger than I expected. The reception staff was all very helpful. The breakfast was not bad. And the price was reasonable. In particular, the deal for triple room was really good. There are two lifts. The one serving our rooms was too small. It could only take a maximum of 225 kg each time. But it turned out not to be a big problem. |
