The Staff were very nice and helpful. I don't like the fact that a double bed is two single beds pushed together. Also, the bath was too small to have a good relaxing soak |

We made a mistake with the dates, realizing only after no-show and the hotel refused to negotiate another room for the next weekend, eventhough they had vacancy so we lost the money for the whole stay, eventhough we had originally booked a flexible and expensive room and were willing to pay the price difference. |

The front desk was very helpful. I have asked Taxi, but he said he will go look taxi stop just 5 meters from hotel due to will charge less for us. He explained me that reason too. We felt he was honest and sincerely We stayed three adult in one room and asked an extra bed. This was really bad which sofa bed was just uncomfortable. .However the location was great. We decided to stay one night because of place and moving other cities next day. We would not keep staying same hotel if the extra bed condition was sofa bad. Compared to another hotel we stayed a few days later, another hotel’s extra bed was just great. |

the size of the room is better than expected for a small hotel in paris centre. excellent location, 2 steps from Madeleine, nice room and GF lobby. you walk from the room straight into the bathroom with no lobby, through a sliding door which did not close properly in our room. |

Lobby looked nice.... The room was too hot and we were kept awake until 1 a.m. listening to other people in adjacent rooms (there is no sound proofing). The room was very small and the blankets on the bed were mangy at best. Did I mention the lift was broken? |

My wife and I were very please at the friendliness of this staff as well as the super location. Easy, easy access to everything atourist wants to visit while in Paris. We will definitely come back to stay here on our next trip back to Paris. Thank you booking.com for the excellent rate - more than 50% off the walk-in rate. A bargain for this location in Paris!! The on duty manager made dinner reservations for us at a restaurant he recommended. Breakfast room is beautiful. The rooms are entirely too pricey and the hotel needs a new decorator. Breakfast is very expensive and the price should be lowered. |

the location is in the heart of the city, but I think the hotel does not worth a 4 star although we booked a superior double bedroom, we received a twin bedroom on the ground floor without aircondition, and after complaining, they gave us another room just the next day with aircondition, but still with twin bedroom. |
