Hotel usytuowany jest w bardzo dobrym miejscu pod względem zwiedzania, zakupów i bezpieczeństwa. Niedaleko jest stacja metra. Obsługa jest bardzo miła. |

My wife and I were very please at the friendliness of this staff as well as the super location. Easy, easy access to everything atourist wants to visit while in Paris. We will definitely come back to stay here on our next trip back to Paris. Thank you booking.com for the excellent rate - more than 50% off the walk-in rate. A bargain for this location in Paris!! Can't comment on the breakfast! |

Location was excellent,room was very clean Very small and old elevator,room service not available late at night as a family staying with kids that was quite a problem,the fruniture was old and not in a very good shape |

The on duty manager made dinner reservations for us at a restaurant he recommended. Breakfast room is beautiful. The rooms are entirely too pricey and the hotel needs a new decorator. Breakfast is very expensive and the price should be lowered. |

helpful staff,great location, great restaurant nearby, quiet room,good new bathroom w tub... not large room, but enough to be comfy. would have liked a window to the outside rather than court side. value for money great ...only if reserved thru you, more than double otherwise . |

the location is in the heart of the city, but I think the hotel does not worth a 4 star although we booked a superior double bedroom, we received a twin bedroom on the ground floor without aircondition, and after complaining, they gave us another room just the next day with aircondition, but still with twin bedroom. |

I liked everything about it. The room was larger than I expected. The reception staff was all very helpful. The breakfast was not bad. And the price was reasonable. In particular, the deal for triple room was really good. There are two lifts. The one serving our rooms was too small. It could only take a maximum of 225 kg each time. But it turned out not to be a big problem. |

The location was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good although not extensive. The room itself was small and a bit cramped. The bathroom really needed updating, it had a very peculiar shaped bath which did not lend itself to a relaxed soak in the tub! |

The location was ideal for touring the main attractions in Paris. The elevator had a mind of its own .... sometimes the door was hard to push open, sometimes it wouldn't close, once we had to use the stairs (5th floor), and other times it would work perfectly. |

Good location; beautiful room - quite big with a gorgeous and spacious bed; really lovely, well equipped bathroom; delicious, fresh and plentiful breakfast; really nice and helpful staff; able to get a very good night's sleep as well. The only thing was that the toilet smelled at first and then again on the day we left so not sure if there is an intermittent plumbing problem? Only the plumbing problem mentioned above. It would also be great if some Englisn breakfast tea could have been available. |
