Muito central, ideal para ver Paris. Quarto (Categoria superior) enorme, ideal para quem viaja com uma criança de idade inferior a 2 anos. Serviço de babysiting exelente.

Os elevadores são muito pequenos (não cabe o carrinho de bebe aberto). Alguns funcionarios não sabem o que estão a fazer. Um nem sabia que o hotel providenciava o serviço de babysiting.

O profissionalismo e simpatia dos recepcionistas. A óptima localização no coração de Paris, com acessos fáceis a qualquer local da cidade.

Os quartos são relativamente pequenos, mas confortáveis. Os corredores de acesso e os acabamentos das paredes e portas dos quartos estão degradados e a necessitar de melhoramentos, para que justifiquem o preço.

Very small and old elevator,room service not available late at night as a family staying with kids that was quite a problem,the fruniture was old and not in a very good shape

the location is in the heart of the city, but I think the hotel does not worth a 4 star

although we booked a superior double bedroom, we received a twin bedroom on the ground floor without aircondition, and after complaining, they gave us another room just the next day with aircondition, but still with twin bedroom.

I liked everything about it. The room was larger than I expected. The reception staff was all very helpful. The breakfast was not bad. And the price was reasonable. In particular, the deal for triple room was really good.

There are two lifts. The one serving our rooms was too small. It could only take a maximum of 225 kg each time. But it turned out not to be a big problem.

The location was ideal for touring the main attractions in Paris.

The elevator had a mind of its own .... sometimes the door was hard to push open, sometimes it wouldn't close, once we had to use the stairs (5th floor), and other times it would work perfectly.
