Friendly warm welcome by charming and very helpful staff. Clean quiet room, Good WiFi.
Close to metro, safe neighbourhood Room basic but clean comfortable
Room looked onto courtyard of prívate aparments so noise from neighbours
No additional pillows, noisy neighbours
Very good value for Paris. Nice room. Close to la muette metro. Also close to bus that goes very close to gare du nord (32 I think).
I got a room above the front door which rings a bell everytime a person enters. This was audible from the room and is a minor annoyance.
1. The small garden outside of the window. 2. Room is clean and comfortable. 3. Location is great!
Near OECD Helpful staff Metro across the road
Small room Over priced Bad lighting in room, No room facilities other than some toiletries
I traveled here as a group of 3 girls. It wasn't too bad to get there from the train although it's a bit far from CDG airport. The location is great. there's restaurants nearby, shopping centers, and even a grocery store. It's a very convenient location and only about a 25-30 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and all the beautiful sceneries. The man that worked the night shift was such a helpful and lovely person. Place is clean and quiet. Do recommend.
Quite far from the airport but still was easy to find.
Relatively cheap solution in a posh area. Perfect for those going to the OECD. Friendly staff.
Nice small backyard and very friendly staff
The rooms are a bit small
İt is located just on Ranaleg station (M9); An excellent bakery on the corner; Markets; shops are very close; Bathroom is big; Clean; Friendly personnel
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful
The courtyard view room was a bit disappointing do to us looking on to a roof
location piece & quiet
small room no shower curtain breakfast
(1) The hotel is easily accessible by public transport. (2) The staff were helpful despite my inability to speak more than a phrase or two of French. The front desk staff spoke English fluently and all of them very helpful with whatever help I needed. (3) The room was clean. (4) There is a certain charm to the hotel, e.g., the nice wooden stairs (there is an elevator of course!), the fact that my room overlooked the open air seating of the restaurant. I would go back to the hotel and also recommend it, but it is not for everyone (read negatives to figure out).
(1) The biggest negative was that one could hear the floorboards creak when a neighbour (above or side) moved. (2) The room was slightly small for the price. But that is to be expected given that the rooms have been built into what would have been a house at some point in time. (Price was probably high due to the time of the year, and the fact that I wanted to be able to reach Roland Garros as quickly as possible.) The closet was very small and there were no drawers to keep things in either, which meant that one had to live out of the suitcase - this would have been ok otherwise, but I was traveling for a longish time and across different climatic zones and had a large suitcase and the non-manoeuvrability in the room, coupled with the fear of disturbing neighbours when just moving in one's room, didn't help. (3) There was no shower curtain in the bathroom, which was inconvenient given the kind of shower that was fixed. (4) The toilet bowl was not fixed very well to the floor, but fortunately there was no 'mishap' because of that! (3 and 4 could be specifically the problem of my room) Overall I would not recommend it to families with energetic kids.
Exceptionally friendly staff. Great location allowing easy access to subway.
Great location, friendly staff, modern bathroom.
No mini-bar, tea/coffee facilities or bottled water in the room. No desk to sit at. Hotel is a bit noisy.
Very clean and peaceful
Easy access to the metro, good breakfast, comfortable bed.
Slow service at breakfast.
The staff were very friendly and most helpful. The rooms, although relatively small as are most rooms in Paris, were clean, comfortable and adequate. The location was perfect for me with both the metro round the corner and the RER a 5 - 10 minute walk away.
The wifi could be accessed in my room on the 4th floor only near the doorway. But the hotel staff allowed me to use the lounge area as and when I needed to access the wifi.
Close to Metro
Breakfast was not enough to eat
Very helpful and polite staff, good room size
Loose toilet seat, faulty bathroom window, flimsy rail caused single net curtain to fall during the night, catering limited to very basic breakfast
Clean room Fancy bathroom Free wifi Closeness to Metro
Old fashioned key rather than card for door
Location was good for access to Roland Garros and the Eiffel Tower
No tea or coffee making facilities
good receptionist. handy for metro
Small bedrooms and old fashioned bathroom altho' plenty of hot water. Expensive at 150 euros night without breakfast. Cramped breakfast room
Art pieces on the walls were pretty interesting
The photos don't match the reality: the facilities are shabby. I tried calling reception in the night as needed some medical support - but no one answered several times. There are no minibars in the room. Hairdryers are weak.
Location next to métro and vélib bike rental station; very friendly and helpful staff; comfortable, quiet, clean; free WiFi
no shower holder on the wall; room door closes very loudly
