Good value. Pleasant staff. Quiet location in small old town. Rooms refurbished three years ago with views of the surrounding hills (and entertained by flocks of starlings preparing to roost). Grounds/gardens well kept.

Room was clean and tidy, bathroom excellent with modern shower. Staff were friendly. Room excellent value for money Breakfast a little ordinary and quite expensive. Restaurent had limited choice and no meat free option.

Tout. En premier lieu l'accueil et l'amabilité de tout son personnel. En deuxième son excellent restaurant et son service. En en troisième lieu le confort et la propreté de la chambre. En résumé un rapport qualité/prix excellent. Un vrai plaisir d'avoir séjourné dans cet hôtel et j'espère y retourner.

L'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel - ancien hôtel rénové, chaleureux, très grand et magnifique bâtiment, - salle-à-manger spacieuse, parc magnifique - excellents repas et bon rapport qualité- prix. La baguette et les croissants, les fromages du cantal sont frais et excellents de même que tous les produits servis au petit-déjeuner.

Cadre magnifique, calme et charme d'un hôtel à l'ancienne mais avec tout le confort moderne, magnifique parc avec piscine n'avons pas pu profiter du restaurant, ce qui est dommage car cela avait l'air très sympa Exiguïté et propreté de la piscine, mais quel bonheur de pouvoir se rafraichir en pleine canicule !

La disponibilité et l'accueil du couple de gérants. Une prouesse! Ils ne dorment jamais à mon avis. Super sympas et souriants. Ambiance très agréable. Pratique aussi le restaurant sur place. Ce n'est pas la gastronomie mais c'est correct. Le service est bon. Les jeunes ont visiblement fait l'école hôtellerie. Déco gentiment surannée mais très frais et tout est très propre, très bien entretenu. La piscine est vivifiante et le solarium spacieux. Parking très pratique aussi. Au départ, contrôle de la facture très cool et en toute transparence. C'est franchement agréable d'être ainsi accueilli. J'y retournerai. La chambre double supérieur n'est pas très grande.

C'est un hôtel idéal pour les familles : situation géographique (région très accueillante avec de multiples activités proposées aux familles), très grande chambre en duplex parfaitement équipée, piscine, cuisine adaptées aux enfants (variée, copieuse, soignée, régionale) et surtout un accueil personnalisé avec un personnel très à l'écoute de vos souhaits. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances avec nos trois petits-enfants.
