The staff were very friendly, spoke english and were very helpful. The food was excellent, as was the service. We would have no hesitation in recommending this establishment for those wanting a budget getaway. Rooms had no rerfridgerator nor coffee/tea making facilities - very clean though.

The location was very good, with a short walk into the city centre. There was free parking on the street. But I opted to pay 6 euro to park in the gated private lot. Wired internet (more reliable than wifi).

The Family room had a double bed in the main room, and another double plus a single up in a loft. It looked like a great arrangement but the loft was unbearably hot. The air did not move at all up there. We left the double-doors to the patio open for hours while we were out (this is in late September and the evening was quite cool). But the loft never cooled off. We finally had to move the single mattress to the floor in the main room, and crowded three into the main double bed. The evening host was unsympathetic and could not provide a fan. Wired internet (I know I put this as a positive but) only one cat 5 cable was provided even though the router in the room had four open slots. I took the cat 5 cable from the tv so we'd have two, but found that the provided account password would only allow one pc to log in at a time. The evening host at first would not give me a second account password. But after much discussion she reluctantly relented. This may seem a small issue to most. But for us, traveling with teenagers, it was important. I discussed my concerns (particularly the temperature of the loft) with the manager the next day. She acted as if no one had ever complained about the loft before (hard to believe) and offered me a discount on my next stay (as if that will ever happen).

Teppich im zimmer (hygiene), obwohl alles sauber ist w-lan nur für 1 gerät pro passwort

Gute Lage nahe der Altstadt. Mit dem Auto leicht zu finden. Ruhig. Ausgiebiges Frühstück. Erneuertes, modernes Badezimmer.

Wenn schon 2 Betten , dann auch zwei Leintücher und zwei Decken.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 famiglie al Beausejour nel mese di marzo 2012 : siamo stati accolti con efficenza e gentilezza. Abbiamo gustato anche il ristorante che non ha una grande carta ma é buono, bisogna pazientare un po'... I letti sono molto comodi e la zona é tranquillissima. Per raggiungere il centro é necessaria una passeggiata di ca. 8 minuti. Grazie ancora al gentilissimo personale del Beausejour.

Non mangiate le ostriche nel ristorante dell'albergo

Nous sommes un couple avec 3 enfants (15 - 14 - 9). Très bon accueil dès notre arrivée, et hormis cet aspect convivial, nous avons eu la bonne surprise d'être surclassé ce qui nous a permis d'avoir une chambre réellement séparée de la mezzanine où dormaient les enfants. Cabinet de toilette avec baignoire de taille tout à fait convenable. 2 télés de bonne qualité, grands écrans. L' hôtel est très bien insonorisé. Rien à redire sur la literie également ferme et confortable à la fois. Petit déjeuner : self service avec tout ce qu'il faut pour satisfaire tout le monde. La jeune femme en charge de cette salle était tout à fait efficace et discrète à la fois et attentive à satisfaire les convives. Rien à redire sur cet établissement. Il faudrait être sacrément difficile pour descendre la note en dessous d'un 8 sur 10. En ce qui nous concerne, c'est 10/10 justifié, en plus de mes précédents arguments, par une bon rapport qualité/prix.

Bon réstaurant, iimpeccable cuisine alsacienne. Le pétit déjeuner est formidable.

Pas de charme,un hôtel banal.

L' établissement Beauséjour est un établissement où l'acceuil a été chaleureux. La situation géographique agréable. Je retournerai volontiers dans cet endroit.
