The dinner in hotel was so nice.

The location was very good, with a short walk into the city centre. There was free parking on the street. But I opted to pay 6 euro to park in the gated private lot. Wired internet (more reliable than wifi).

The Family room had a double bed in the main room, and another double plus a single up in a loft. It looked like a great arrangement but the loft was unbearably hot. The air did not move at all up there. We left the double-doors to the patio open for hours while we were out (this is in late September and the evening was quite cool). But the loft never cooled off. We finally had to move the single mattress to the floor in the main room, and crowded three into the main double bed. The evening host was unsympathetic and could not provide a fan. Wired internet (I know I put this as a positive but) only one cat 5 cable was provided even though the router in the room had four open slots. I took the cat 5 cable from the tv so we'd have two, but found that the provided account password would only allow one pc to log in at a time. The evening host at first would not give me a second account password. But after much discussion she reluctantly relented. This may seem a small issue to most. But for us, traveling with teenagers, it was important. I discussed my concerns (particularly the temperature of the loft) with the manager the next day. She acted as if no one had ever complained about the loft before (hard to believe) and offered me a discount on my next stay (as if that will ever happen).

Conveniently located from the autoroute and well within walking distance of the centre of Colmar. Helpful staff who all seemed to have very good English.

As we were late arriving we would have had to wait until 2030 to get a dinner table in the hotel. However the staff gave us guidance to alternative places which turned out to be excellent.

Private parking

The hotel was a short 10 mins walk to the city and was very convenient. We had 5 people in room whihc had a loft and space was tight although this was alleviated somewhat by the presence of a balcony. There were kitchen facilities although we did not use them.

La carte du restaurant toujours la meme pendant 3 jours a part 1 ou 2 plats qui changent. Et beaucoup trop de suppléments.Ce restaurant ne mérite pas ces 3 casseroles.Et les plats manquants ou le vin. Alors Madame Keller absolument antipathique.

Wir waren enttäuscht vom Familienzimmer, da wir es viel freundlicher und hübscher erwarteten gemäss Photos im Internet von anderen Zimmern!! Vorhänge mit Löchern, grosses undichtes Fenster und wirklich sauber war das Zimmer auch nicht.

Zimmer war kalt, Heizung funktionierte nicht, Bett war zu klein für 2 Personen.

Exellent acceuil. Calme, confort et situation géographique

Bon réstaurant, iimpeccable cuisine alsacienne. Le pétit déjeuner est formidable.

Pas de charme,un hôtel banal.

Die Nähe zur Innenstadt. Ruhe war trotzdem garantiert.
