We have stayed at this hotel before and the location is good for us .The hotel is small and friendly and the rooms are a good size. We had a terrace this time and spent a lot of time on there just reading and sunbathing.

We had a very nice balcony with view on the pool. The hotel is quiet and very close to the beach and has a very nice and clean pool. There is a nice terrace although we didn't have the breakfast. We did not want to have our room cleaned so we put 'the do not clean room' sign on our door. The housekeepers cleaned the room anyways and when I asked them why they said that their boss told them they have to clean the room anyways if no one answers the door. If we do not want the room cleaned, it should not be cleaned! The hotel has old carpets and it smells a little bit like stale cigarettes in the lobby etc. It could use some renovations.

The hotel is in a perfect, quiet street. The hotel room was clean and the hotel staff was very friendly. The beach is just a 5min walk away and a bakery 3min.

Beau Soleil is a lovely small hotel between Nice and Cannes, in a quiet lane across the main road, about 500 meters to the sandy beach. The room furnishing and decoration are simple, but very clean. I stayed in a superior room with the balcony (only a few rooms have balconies), and was very glad in my choice. The room itself is quite small, nevertheless very comfortable, all facilities working properly: free high-speed WI-FI in the room, very useful mini fridge, good shower. Very friendly staff. The free car parking is very useful too. It's important to know that Reception is working only until 22:00 h, so if you estimate to arrive after this time, it's necessary to call to the hotel in advance, and inform about the late arrival. The Reception staff will leave your room key in the agreed place.

Ubicazione in una via interna dove devi passarci davanti varie volte prima di trovare l'albergo. Nessuna indicazione stradale.La camera con Letti divisi. Servizi inesistenti, equilibrismo per fare la doccia. Aria condizionata non funzionante. Coperte in pessimo stato.

Удобное месторасположение в 8-10 мин ходьбы пешком до пляжа, наличие собственной бесплатной парковки, приемлемый по качеству завтрак, тишина на прилегающей территории, качество уборки номера Окна (стеклопакеты в металической раме) не закрываются штатной фурнитурой. Для закрытия окна надо вставить железную палочку, привязанную к раме, в просверленную с раме дырочку:)
