The stuff was very friendly and the location very nice. Very quiet, but not far away from the beach (10 minutes on foot), St. Jean les pines (7 minutes by car), Antibes and Cannes. 100 meters from the hotel a very nice "boulangerie" ideal for breakfast! Free WiFi! The parking space is very very narrow! Bigger cars have and cause problems!

5 minutes walking to a sandy beach. Free WiFi and fast internet. Free and enough parking places. Very nice restaurant garden and swimming pool. Shops and restaurants in a couple of minutes walking distance. Cleaning of the room was too often and disturbing. Small room for 3 persons. Shower cab is designed for dwarfs. no window screens so mosquitoes disturbing sometime.

Good to have pool. Balcony with shades was useful. Large balcony for sunbathing or relaxing. Staff very nice. Secure underground parking Air con did not work well and room was quitye small, although bathroom large (mo bath) and balcony spacious.

Strategic position: not far from Cannes, Antibes, Grasse... Hotel staff is absent and not quite welcoming. The claim they speak English but they actually don't (that's quite common in France, though) Breakfast buffet is quite poor in choice for the 10Euros they charge (no fresh fruit, only 1 type of yoghurt...)

A friendly reception; efficient service. Terrace by swimming pool for breakfast with nice surrounding gardens. Reasonably priced for location, (in May) and easy walk to beach and restaurants. Also away from the main road The main road is busy and driving into it at rush hour periods can be daunting. However cars do seem to let you out.

выбирали отель по цене и отзывам. первое оправдало, а второе нет. из плюсов- бесплатный паркинг, интернет и басссейн. месторасположение-хорошая возможность для посещения канн, ницы , антибы, монако. завтраки обычные, поблизости нет ни магазинов , как-будто где-то в деревне на море. ближайший пляж в 10 мин ходьбы. первое что не понравилось- это маленькие , неудобные и обшарпанные номера. второе-это то-что когда кондиционер работал- невозможно было уснуть от его шума, вдобавок он не справлялся со своей работой, в результате приходилось засыпать без кондиционера, благо в округе было тихо. третье- полотенца за четыре дня ни разу не поменяли, а так как они не могли высохнуть из-за большой влажности, то к концу нашего пребывания они начали ......... четвертое- подушки в отеле надо-бы заменить.

Das Hotel liegt zentral, aber sehr ruhig. Positiv ist die kostenfreie Nutzung der Tiefgarage, wenngleich diese sehr beengt ist. Sehr kleine Toilette; getrennt vom Bad. Der Ort hat kaum Sehenswürdigkeiten. Ein Auto sollte vorhanden sein.

Vriendelijk personeel, niet allemaal tweetalig. Goede airconditioning, propere kamer. Het is een rustige buurt, redelijk geluidsdichte kamers. Redelijk mager ontbijt. Geen vers geperst fruitsap, geen eitje of ander warms.

Hôtel calme avec une belle piscine bien aménagée. Petit déjeuner en terrasse agréable. Parking étroit mais pratique. Nous avons trouvé q' un lit en 140 était un peu juste dans un 3 étoiles. Il manque aussi quelques fruits pour que le petit déjeuner soit vraiment top.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, parcheggio compreso e abbastanza capiente, la colazione è a parte ed un pò cara rispetto a quello che ti danno, la piscina è molto comoda con lettini con materassino e abbastanza grande ripetto all'hotel, in posizione tranquilla ma abbastanza vicino al mare (10 min a piedi). Camera (con balcone) discreta, molto pulita con Tv lcd e wi-fi gratuito veramente veloce, bagno abbastanza grande. L'unico difetto riscontrato, ma è soggettivo, la mancanza della doccia a favore della vasca da bagno, e mancava una cassettiera dove mettere della biancheria o magliette.

Prima Hotel met een nette kamer voor een goede prijs, inclusief garage voor de auto. Zandstrand is dichtbij, zo ook Cannes en Juan les Pins met de bus voor 1 euro. Wij verbleven hier een aantal dagen voor even wat zee en strand.
