Hôtel Bedford    

The staff was very professional, kind and attentive. The room was comfortable and the location convenient for sightseeing.

The location, staff were great, especially consierge desk - the best i've ever seen!! The hotel owners can be proud of their staff! The room was very nice and the interior is amazing. Having separate bathroom in twin room was nice. Bathroom amenities was of good quality. I would gladly return to Bedford!

Having "old type bulky" keys (not electronic) for room and safe, towels could be newer and softer, things like shoe-spoon, sewing kit, slippers would be nice. Electric kettle in the room could be a nice addition. Breakfast price - when you have 4 people in the family - it's too costly. Double room was much smaller than twin.

The desk staff were dignified and friendly; the decor was beautiful; the room was very well accomodated; breakfast was delicious; location was perfect for sight-seeing. I only wish I could have stayed longer...next time!

The service was fantastic, nothing was too much trouble. The room we had was generous by Paris standards and having French doors that allowed us to have fresh air was a bonus. Well positioned for sight seeing and shopping.

We enjoyed the lovely decor, comfortable bed and nicely-sized room (recommend the Supreme). The hotel is in a lovely part of the city, very near La Madeleine as well as several designer shops. It is off the beaten path just enough to enjoy peace and quiet. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly and accommodating. We had a memorable anniversary dinner at the wonderful "Visconti" restaurant located up the street from the hotel. Fine wine, scrumptious veal and the best crème brûlée I have ever eaten.

Staff was helpful and friendly, rooms were spacious, food was above average. Good location, comfortable beds, let us borrow an umbrella when it rained.

No included breakfast as is the rule in many European hotels. Restaurant and bar closed early. Cable tv also ended early on most channels. Shower had only a half door, unavoidable to not get bathroom floor wet.

Hotel had a classic charm about it and was generally well maintained. Very good location close to Opera district.

The bedroom was rather small which was fine for a solo traveller but as it had a double bed I'm not sure how two people would fit in a room.

The location was perfect for us. Not too touristy but close enough to walk to everything. The room was quite large as was the bathroom. We loved the large windows that opened directly onto the street.

The air conditioning in our room was quite poor.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location for all the main city sights. Best Hot Chocolate ever tasted - compliments to the bar staff!

Coffee machine in room would be a bonus.
