The price is cheap...

This hotel was not ready yet still under construction. They put new paint. So, all over the night we had to stay with smell from the paint..They didn't put carpet on the floor, so it was supremely cold with bare foot..

The price was good and the accomdationw were clean.

The hotel was hard to fine.

It was not far from the city centre and very close to the TGV.

Didn't realise it was basically a motel, i.e. car been useful. Bus required to get inot Avignon - fortunately there was one within walking distance

It is quite close to the tgv Train Station. Breakfeast is not included, though it has great value for money (in France it is really rare to have good breakfeast - with cheese and ham and fruits -, usually it is only bread with bread with bread).

Staff was either extremely unpolite or dishonest. I speak fluent French, but since this is not my native tongue the recepcionist was looking down on me, making grimaces as if it were too difficult to understand me. It was not the worst part, nonetheless. We are guaranteed great offers all the time at booking.com, meaning that we can book rooms for cheaper prices than the one we would have got in person at the last moment. Unfortunately this basic rule was not acknowleged by the staff person I am refering to. Even if I booked for lower prices, he kept saying very aggressively to me that there were no rooms for that price and if I wasn't satisfied I needed not stay at their place. Of course, there was not much I could do, so I had to pay the higher price, without the benefits of booking.com. I urge this property to be immediately informed that this kind of procedure and attitude is not acceptable, not the mention very unfair, coward to something that just arrived, bordering the fraud threshold. Hence, I would not recommend this place.

location: +3km from the city centre,1 km to local bus station, only 2-3 buses/hours price: relative high for its standard,charge fee for extra person after check in and paid for a twin room with 3 beds. staff: only one person speak english it is not so crowed in avignon these days. there is a lot of hotels near the city centre with cheaper price and better accomodation for a group of 3. it is a bad choice for me to book this hotel online. there are more hotels in avignon than that in booking.com

You get what you pay for. A bit out of the way, convenient for accessing car rentals from TGV station and not much else. Also did the washing for 15euro a load which was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Wifi didn't work.

The staff were friendly and well-meaning, but none of them spoke English.

The location is terrible - well out of town in the middle of an industrial park, behind a petrol station, and not really close to anything of interest. The TGV station is a long walk away, and even the nearest restaurants and the bus stop to get to the city are several hundred meters away.

Close to the TGV station what was important for us. Car rentals are located at the station. Staff didnt speak English at all. Rather disappointing. To get a bus from the station seemed to be pointless as it would take 10-15 min to get there.We were walking to the town centre (20 min), via motor way. Not a pleasant site but take the left HSD of it. Stayed 2 nights only. Air con present.

Nice and warm room. 10-15 minute walking to the hotel from the station.

Too far from the city center. You have to take a bus to go there and it takes a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. If you choose to walk, it will takes you 25-30 minute to walk to the center. Room is a bit small but still get enough facility.

The location of hotel was very bad. The hotel has changed name and It was not easy to find them by GPRS system.. The hotel was not good for this price. There were dirty, smell and not safe in hotel. Very bad electrosystem. I could watch a bad electrical wiring. It was really dangerous. I have founf in my room some empty bottles of bear. The room, furniture were very old. The shower didn't work good. The water was stay there when I had had shower. The shower needs in remount.. The room was extremely small and had small window which I needed to keep opened whole night because aircondition system - was very noisy and bad working. ( well that I had a mosquito repellent wit me). The hotel is surrounded by: a construction site, branch works and petrol station. Very noisy and dusty. The windows of my room looked out on that branch works. This hotel lived truckers drivers. Situated on the outskirts of Avignon, and without auto it would be impossible to go into the city.

Lower price for Avignon.

Cheap hotel, helpfull staff, clean rooms, quiet place

Small room, the bathroom was very tiny. The hotel is out of avignon, but if you have a car it is ok

Staff is really helpful and the hotel is located nearby the TGV-station!

Staff doesn't speak English at all. For a touristic region it is recommendable to learn basic English!

Nous avons la disponibilité du personnel, le petit dejeuner buffet excellent, la mise a disposition d'un lit bebe et la proximité du centre ville.

La clim etait un peu trop froide pour la periode mais nous avons vu l'eteindre.

Nous avons eu un tres bon acceuil. Le petit dejeuner buffet varié et frais nous a beaucoup plu. Gare et centre ville a proximité. Merci pour ce beau séjour.

Le rapport Qualité-prix. De plus, l'hotel est situé près des commerces. La connexion wi-fi permet de travailler durant le sejour.

夜中にホテルスタッフの小さい子どもらの泣き声が館内に響き渡り、安眠妨害。レストランは閉まっており難儀- した。早朝に駅までのタクシーを頼んでいたに- もかかわらず、タクシーは来ずあやうくTgvに乗り損ねるところだった。

Le personel était très charmant, on nous expliquait le chemin pour aller au prochain restaurant, comment arriver en ville avec la navette TGV et le petit déjeuner était vraiment maginifique pour ce prix! De toute façon pour tous qui souhaitent dormir pas loin de la gare TGV, c'est le parfait lieu.

El hotel es muy cutre, en la habitación tienen aire acondicionado pero hace mucho ruido y molesta si lo tienes encendido por la noche.

Meine Tochter meinte, das sei das hässlichste Hotel, in dem sie je übernachtet hat. War eine Notlösung, da sie wegen Problemen mit der Zugverbindung in Avignon übernachten musste.
