What a wonderful property! EVERYONE on staff was kind, considerate, witty, very knowledgeable, and helpful. I can't wait to return with my husband for a romantic getaway.

Can not think of anything that was off.

A really great luxury chic hotel set in a fantastic location in st germanie. Ideal for the shopping district, lourve etc. standard rooms are on the small side but still very nice and contemporary. Hotel staff and concierge excellent. Highly recommended.

The fact we were not advised of refurbishment of bar etc which was slightly disappointing and noisy. Rooms as said were on the small size but we upgraded and well worth the extra pennies.

This is sixth time we come here and feels like home. very friendly and efficient staff. very professional.

Everything. We have stayed at the Bel Ami before,and in fact we would not want to use any other hotel. The location in particular,is first class. Staff are always immaculately dressed and very attentive to all guests.

Only one thing. Room 410 had only one small window,so the room was a little dark,meaning that the lights had to be on most of the time.

I do not like when my cash disappears from the room and nobody from staff, including managing director, makes no a single step trying to sort it out. I do not like that my room was cleaned only twice in four nights.

The location of the hotel couldn't be better. It's in one of the most magical areas of Paris and convenient to all major sites.

very nice rooms, we were staying in junior class room, but previously i had stayed in a standard one which is not bad either. The best thing about the hotel is location. Service is good, everything is clean and new.

The location was perfect. The hotel staff were fabulous. Most spoke English which helped me and all were very patient with my broken French. They were happy to help in whatever way they could with recommendations. I was asked on more than one occation if everything was satisfactory to my needs.

The decor in the room is quite dates and could use some maintenance. The carpet was threaded in places. That said, everything was spotless and the bedding was new, clean and fresh. The bed was very comfortable.

Excellent location, quiet street near place st germain des pres and rue de rennes not far for shopping.

Helpful staff all of whom spoke very good English. Very helpful concierge.

Breakfast food choices/selection should have been better for the price (which was a fairly standard cost for Paris)
