The hotel was lovely, the location was truly amazing a lot of nice places to eat,to shop,to reach another places like Opera,Louver even the good hairdresser was organized just behind the coner....the staff was extremely helpful and efficient ,by calling you could organize your tickets and any other needs..would come back
the only thing was bothering me a little is a shower stream (wasn't strong enough :))
Location and staff
Narrow bed, small room, no tea or coffee making facilities and small bath
Quite spacious compared to many other similar starred Parisian hotels. Very , very comfortable bed!
Having to take the lift or stairs to the small toilet/bathroom downstairs from the foyer/dining area.
Overall stay was great but too expensive...
Rooms are a bit small... Value for money.. ?
The laceration its great.
The room was too dark, and the decor really bad. To expensive for what it is.
The location was excellent. Not far from main attractions and good restaurants.
The rooms where small and the hotel did not seem like a 5 star hotel.
The location Surrounded by nice restaurants and cafeterias Close to the tube stations Close to shops Walking distance to the many monuments Safe place to be Clean
Fantastic section of the city. Restaurants and shopping were fabulous. Classy area. I would stay in the Saint Germain area of the city again.
The offensively strong odor of the cleaning fluids. Really strong in the hallway and rooms. My family, who has a sensitive nose had stayed 2 yrs prior. She said the odor wasn't a problem during her stay. They must have changed products.
Location Welcoming staff
Gym is poor
The staff was exceptional especially the front desk and the concierge. We got a great recommendation for a local restaurant on the first day's stay fro the concierge. The location is excellent...located in the heart of the left bank of Paris. The internet was super fast. There was fresh bottled water each day. Many restaurants are close by.
The rooms were tiny. The shower was so narrow, we could barely stand close enough to the shower head. The shower guard was inadequate allowing water to go all over the floor. There was a strange smell (air freshener?) in the halls. There was no room for our suitcases without moving a small table in front of the minibar. First night there was no turn down service.
Very helpful staff Excellent location
room not up to 5 stars standards HiFi not always working in room Long wait for lifts especially when later on one was being maintained
The modern and friendly atmosphere of the hotel and the attention of the staff. A perfect walking location to take advantage of the Saint Germain museums, shops, restaurants.
The basic furniture and exiguity of the rooms.
Ideal position just off St Germaine Excellent design hotel with fabulous bar downstairs Service was impeccable Decent little gym and spa and free wifi
Even on 4th floor, the road-facing rooms can be quite noisy The older rooms are very small and a little outdated so ask for a new one
Wonderful location next to the Metro....the bar staff at the hotel were absolutely fantastic!
Wi-fi wasn't working. But it was due to renovation. My luck.
The bed linen and the pillows. The staff were absolutely charming and the bar staff were lovely with my 5 year old Granddaughter. I would return in spite of the absurd situation.
Was it booking.com's fault or the hotel? I had to pay €250 MORE PER NIGHT to get a junior suite! It was gorgeous but SO IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN! The room I was offered was small and there was no room for an extra bed only a cot! (They never asked the age of the child we had with us!) rather than fight I gave in and paid-----!
The location is great and the hotel is clean and nice with pleasant staff
The room is very small (typical to Paris) and the facilities are pretty poor
Staff especially the concierge staff were great
The bathrooms were extremely small
Front desk staff and concierge was very helpful and friendly especially since I do not speak French well at all.
Rooms can be a little larger. If my wife and other child came along I would need two rooms and therefore would make the holiday very expensive.
The location is fantastic. The reception, bar and restaurant is very chic. The breakfast was excellent. Staff were very helpful and polite.
The first room offered was dark and faced an internal courtyard that was rather unpleasant. We asked for another room, which was offered and the alternative room faced the side street with the afternoon sunshine coming - much, much better.
The location of the hotel was perfect, within walking distance of Latin Quarter, Orsay Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, to name a few. Staff were friendly and helpful, atmosphere modern and relaxed and the size of the hotel lent itself to a more intimate experience. Louis the concierge went out of his way to assist.
Not impressed with the service at the spa. Was told to arrive 10 minutes before my treatment and waited for 15 minutes before any attention. The massage was nothing special.
Loved this spot and the personnel were fabulous. Every request was honored quickly and courteously. Location incredible.
Breakfast was a bit expensive. Perhaps pricing at a la carte would make it more affordable.
The concierge was great-he arranged excellent restaurants, transportation and a tour of the hotel and amenities when we arrived. The location was also great for sights, shopping and Left Bank restaurants.
Nothing-everything was great. However, our teenagers room was bigger than ours because they had two twin beds instead of a King. I might go for that room type next time here. Will definitely return!!
1) Location was great. 2) Room quality was excellent 3) Concierge and staff were very friendly and knowledgeable in terms of restaurant recommendations and other queries that a tourist would have.
Location. Location. Location !!!!
Cheesy interior. Certainly not appropriate for a 5 star hotel no matter what size. A cross of Las Vegas with Dolce & Gabbana.
