l'idea di accreditare sulla mia visa 236,60 € per eventuali ipotetici extra. Non mi era mai capitato in nessun altro albergo e l'ho trovato estremamente seccante.

Hotel fantastico, perfetto per il mio viaggio romantico di San Valentino. Personale molto gentile e premuroso, ci torneremo sicuramente anche perchè la posizione è ottima per visitare la parte caratteristica di Parigi.

The main intrest in hotel bel ami is its location. The best in paris.also the concierge are extremely helpful and connected.

I think this hotel is too expensive for what it has to give us. Also the amenities in this price ranhge per night should be much more generous. They only give you amenities if u ask for them as a 2 star hotel would do!

The staff were very attentive - we had a great stay there.

The hotel is extremely well located in the heart of the St Germain area. The staff were very friendly and helpful making restaurant and taxi bookings for me. Before recommending a restaurant they took a liitle bit of time to understand what food I liked. So on the basis of having a reservation at Les Bouquinistes, they recommended Le Bistrot de l'Alycastre which turned out to be good choice. Neat modern room with a good batchroom. A rare asset in Paris. Reliable WIFI. Smart bar for a relaxing drink.Small but handy gym. Bottomline, certainly one of the better hotels that I have stayed in Paris which can be a bit of a lottery at the best of times. Intend to make this my regular base when in that part of Paris.

location, location, location, everything else was excellent too

we stayed in a junior suit, we loved everything about it, however the only thing we didnt like was that the toilet was far from the bathroom and extremely small.

The location was very good, and the staff went out of their way to insure that I had a pleasant stay. I did not use the restaurant or health and spa facilities, so I can't comment on them. I've spent a fair amount of time in Paris over the years, but I usually stay across the river. This time I wanted to stay on the left bank in order to explore some new places. The hotel was perfect for my needs. It is close to the Metro (4 & 10 lines), as well as a lot of good shopping and quaint side streets.

My room, one of the Rive Gauche rooms, was extremely small; probably the smallest I have ever stayed in. That being said, I was aware of this feature before arriving based on travel reviews,as well as the room description on the website (the dimensions, 18 square meters, or roughly 190 suare feet, were listed on the web). If I wasn't travelling solo on this particular trip, the room would have been too small. I will check the rates on the larger rooms next time. If they are reasonable I will probably look into a larger room.

The staff made you feel very welcome. The concierge desk was very good. The room was also good, with a good bed and a very good bathroom.
