The Hotel is lovely, good location ,just a few minutes walk to the metro, a lot of cafes near the hotel, the staffs are very helpful and friendly, will definitely stay again with them next time we visit Paris. Good job! A signage on the main streets would be nice for 1st time travelers.

From the moment we entered the hotel, we were treated like gold. Everyone at the front desk was incredibly warm and helpful. The concierge staff was fantastic. They answered all our questions, made excellent tour and restaurant recommendations, handled transportation, etc. And the entire staff was genuinely interested in us and available at all times. Rooms as well as the entire hotel were spotless , breakfast and room service food quite good. This place is a gem.

Truly I did not like much anything about the . I found the color of red cheap for o hotel which pretends to be trendy. The corridors were smelling so much that you thought everything around you was dirty. Sich small rooms for so much money and a carpet so pretentious. The staff seemed overly polite which makes them loom impersonal and truly not polite. In short I was very much dissappointed

I love this hotel! I've stayed there several times over the past few years and always look forward to returning. Extremely comfortable beds, quiet rooms and a great left bank location are part of it, but the service is fabulous. The concierge staff is exceptional, and can take care of just about any request one might have. The rooms can be quite small depending on the type you choose. The Rive Gauche Rooms are extremely small, but the Hotel is definately worth trying. You won't regret it.

The staff were welcoming as we arrived. Very pleasant and helpful, making us feel relaxed and knowing we could ask for help anything. My eldest daughter thought the bed felt like 'sleeping on a cloud'.
