Despite its somewhat off-putting location at the edge of a shopping center parking lot next to a stagnant canal, this hotel is basic but clean, safe, and comfortable. Free, safe parking at the door, wireless internet connection worked well. Several good restaurants within walking distance in this beautiful, flower-filled little town. No lift, which might be a problem if you have much luggage. |

Hormis le souci de réservation vite résolu (Cf ci-dessous), aucun problème, hotel sympa, agréable, y compris le personnel! La reservation avait mal débuté. Une fois ma réservation confirmée par booking.com, j'ai reçu un coup de téléphone de l'hotel me disant qu'il y avait problème et plus aucune chambre de disponible (7 disponibles sur booking.com!). Mais il avait eu une annulation sur une chambre plus chère dont il pouvait me faire profiter, mais c'était 10 euros de plus. J'ai refusé et ai exprimé mon mécontentement devant cette manière de faire. Le patron, trés ouvert, commercial, m'a rappelé pour me dire que la chambre restante était Ok avec le même prix que celui de la chambre commandée sur Internet. Je pense que le problème précédent (chambre à 10€ de plus) venait de ma première interlocutrice qui n'avait pas le pouvoir de négociation requis pour décision. |
