Score from 617 reviews Very good
Tha rooms are very small.
Location, breakfast was ok (but no fruit)
Wifi signal was very weak in the room. The room was equiped for handicaped persons ( even if I did demande and didn't need, it was not very comfortable)
This hotel is very near the subway to the major attractions in Paris. Pretty extensive free breakfast. Rooms are tiny but you just need to sleep here so not a big problem. They also have parking on site.
Nice quiet local area Great front of house Efficient breakfast ladies and a very good breakfast for Paris
I could not sleep at all. Room nearby room service, many noises. When I Said to the receptionist about the noises she answered there are no noises...am I crazy? After a Long compleining with the manager I got for the last night another room. Never ever again.
Far from metro
It is clean, calm, there is Wi-Fi, and it presents a good value for money. The day staff are good.
The receptionist at night is unbelievable; he clearly declared that he does not want to work, and he clearly lied to us in our faces. 1) We asked him to order a taxi to the airport, we asked him to ask how long it would take and how much, he stubbornly refused to do so, and when he called the taxi they did not pick up so he left a message asking for a taxi at 04:00 AM. We told him we would like a confirmation from the taxi he said there is no need they start at 04:00 AM, saying he did this many times. 2) We took the taxi number after a struggle and when we called by ourselves, the answer machine said that the taxis start at 05:00 AM (and not 04:00 as he said). He lied to us so that we miss the flight! I talked to him later, he said the answer machine says 05:00 but in reality they start at 04:00 A.M. Of course, we ordered another taxi on our own.
The location is not as touristy,10-15 minute walk from metro station (almost 800 meter). quiet and nice area.Breakfast options are not much.
Rooms are a bit small - No safe in the rooms - Wifi is not very stable
Breakfast was included It looks much better than a 2 stars hotel
Easy access to Metro lines (only 10 minute walk to 2 different stations/lines). Quiet location but reasonable number of cafés and restaurants in the vicinity. Wifi perfectly acceptable
nothing in particular. heating OK but could have done with a bit more ventilation for fresh air.
The location was fairly good but the beds were very uncomfortable-too hard. I had to get extra sheets and comforter to lay on to sleep. And beware of the tub-very dangerous stepping out onto a tile floor with no mat. We used a towel.
The male staff at the front desk were awful-had an attitude about everything. The women were wonderful but both men(one was the manager) working the front desk should be fired! Not enough space to go into detail- wish I could!!! No help in an emergency situation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had an extremely pleasant stay at Belambra. My single room was a bit compact but comfortable enough to move around. Most importantly, it was clean! The bed sheets were pristine white as were the bath towels. I'm a bit of an OCD when it comes to cleanliness so I was happy with what I saw. The breakfast buffet was a good spread, enough to fill me up. Coffee, tea, juice, croissants, toast, yoghurt, cereals and scrambled eggs. The staff at the reception (Mathilde, Fanny and, I think, Alex) were kind and patient when explaining directions and answering many of my touristy queries. The location was also good with two metro stations nearby. It barely took me 30mins to reach destinations like Les Invalides, The Louvre etc (By metro of course!). What also made me happy were their room rates. 'Value for money' is their calling card. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for the solo traveller.
- breakfast very good - room was very big - staff - location close to M&Bus and very nice
- one chair in room of 3
Breakfast is Ok. Staff is ok too.
Poor services around the hotel area.
Bed very comfortable. Very quiet and nice area. Not too near/far from metro. Near metro lines east/west and south/north. Breakfast excellent.
Cleanliness of bathrooms ok but could do with a deep clean.
Less than 30 mins from Orly Airport Lovely continental breakfast in relaxed surroundings Close to metro Value for money
Beds very firm Room was small but typical of Paris
nice breakfast, very clean
Staff not friendly, wifi does not work at all, matress to hard, no linen change for the full week
the breakfase is awesome
I stayed at a couple different hotels in Paris and this one was the best value. The location is not as touristy, but it is close to the metro. There is a laundromat just around the corner and some good, inexpensive restaurants. My room had everything I needed. A hair dryer would have been nice, but that was the only thing. The location was very convenient and at this price in Paris, it was a great deal. And the breakfast was good. Not sure what other people are complaining about. It is simple but plenty. Easy to get to airport by Metro/RER. Definitely a place I would stay again in Paris.
My bed was very, very firm and I did not sleep well on it. I agree with another reviewer on the pillows being not super comfortable. They bunch up funny. Not having anything to do with the hotel, but the person in the room next door to mine was smoking in their bathroom and the smell of smoke got into my bathroom because of a shared vent system. It was someone not following their end of the deal so it's not the hotel's fault, but I did not like that.
Location. Very close to Metro Station and buses. Value for money.
- Very quite hotel, very quite neighborhood - Very Good breakfast - Good value for money - good if you are not willing to spend the day, if only for sleeping
- Rooms are a bit small - No safe in the rooms - Wifi is not very stable
Location was a safe area and we were able to park our car for a very high rate!
NO AC....too Hot in SMALL room....difficult sleeping in the evening....should have at least had a ceiling fan!
Good breakfast and facilities. The First receptionnist was very polite.
One of the ladies at reception and the night porter were unhelpful
Check-in and check-out were very efficient. Room was functional and clean. Given the prices of hotels in the area, the room price was reasonable. Location was convenient.
WiFi was quite poor. Breakfast was rather basic.
very poor WiFi. the room and bathroom are very small.
