The location was superb! Right next to arc de Triumph, metro and RER.

The location was excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful The price was good and we got a fantastic view from our room.

Cleaning staff knocking on the door the morning we were leaving to hurry us up We had till 12.00 to leave but they were knocking on the door from 10.00 onwards.

The location was very good as we were near the tube, not far from other site seeings and I found a few very interesting restaurants around there.

I thought it was expensive even with a discount. The lift didn't work the first evening so we had to climb the stairs to go to the 4th floor! Decorations could be better! We had an electricity failure as we've put our mobile telephone plugged in...

I didnot like the hotel at all.mansgement was very poor .while booking almost 10 days before travel I requested a outside view and I asked if it isnot possible inform me as soon as possible but when I arrived they didnot give me that room and next day they asked me extra money for room with out side view.that meme so upset.they didnot notice to my requrst.staff behavior wasnot proper and polit.i will never go to that hotel anymore.

The hotel is well situated to visit all the major tourist attractions. The hotel was decorated in French chic style. Our room was beautiful. It was great to be able to make a cup of coffee in thenroom after a day of sightseeing. The staff were helpful and friendly. I would definitely come and stay in this hotel again.

The Hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful, they kept our luggage until the flight departure, Rooms are clean and antique looking similar to the reception area. The hotel is very centrally located, walking distance to Airpot shuttles and Metro station

Room we stayed as a couple was very small, only one person could walk in the room, the other would sit and wait.

We try to relax after long travel and walk but we could not relax for 5 minute, because on the sixth floor was as a war changing of tiles in bathroom and fully refreshments is made above my room, exactly so you can not sleep or relax, and that work was on Saturday all day and night till 21 pm and I call the reception but no one care of me or of may call at all, so next day Sunday 9.30 am work start and hammer drill above my had, what a nice hotel in center of Paris ???????????????????????????? finally I pay 222 euro hahahahaha

Very good location, in front door is Ach, and easy to get everywhere since metro is just next the door. One uncle receptionist is very nice, helping us how to get different destination, very patient, as well as the other tall young guy in evening shift. He helped us to find the route to Seine boat tour.

The hotel has a quaint appeal, old velvet furniture in the palor and a charming breakfast room, where they served a fabulous french breakfast. The room was small for the three of us but we were able to sleep and move around with out tripping over each other. The decor was charming and the furniture seemed from the Louis xiv era. It was a very quiet hotel, we were very close to the Arc d' Triumph and there was no noise from the street.

Our only problem was a pipe in the floor above our bathroom broke, thus raining water down into our bathroom, making it unusable on our last day. I did let the manager know and I'm sure they attended to it after we left.

Hotel is very conveniently located. Almost everything (Tourist attractions) on walking distance. There is a rer station right outside the hotel if you need to take train. Area is safe and lively with lots of fast food places and main tourist attractions. Choose this location if you want to stay in a safe and convenient place.

Here, I may disappoint some readers. Hotel rooms are very very tiny and back dated. During my entire stay, the worst bit was to get back in the room. It wasn't pleasant at all. Lift is very tiny, hardly enough for one person if you have a little luggage and 3 people without luggage. It takes ages to come down for some reason! Coridores leading to the room are very conjusted. I am not fat but I hardly manage to fit in the shower area! It seemed tailor made to me.lol. View from the room was so bad that you could only see others windows. My wife felt suffocated in the room so we had to stay out most of the time to avoid that suffocation. It wasn't value for money either. I paid more money than any body else there that didn't even include the breakfast but when I went out and enquired in other hotels, they had better and cheap rooms in the same location! In short, I spent more towards the room that wasn't worth it! In future, I know what to do to avoid disappointment.

Breakfast spread is nothing great. Bread, Crossiants, Cheese, Cereals, Coffee/Tea and Yogurt! Thats all you get

very good location to shops restaurants etc. The coach stop is very near for if you get the coach back to the airport, Everything is very convenient.

I would have liked another english channel on the T.V. not that we would have watched T.V. all time but there was only BBC world news channel.

Great location, right near the metro, airport shuttle, and short train ride to Eiffel Tower, Louvre, Notre Dame. Very friendly and helpful staff. I arrived early, yet they let me check in, so I was able to get a nap and freshen up before, starting out. Upon leaving, they held my bag so I could make the most of my last day in Paris.

No complaints, the room was small, but I was traveling alone and only in the room at night to sleep.

It is located at the foot of the Arch de Triumph. The Metro is also just outside the door. The clerk was informative and helpful with dinner recommendations and with providing us advice on navigating the Metro. Our room was small but very clean. It was so cool to get up early on Sunday morning and walk to the Arch to take pictures as the light from the rising sun hit it. There was no traffic and no people at the time.I had the Arch for myself for a moment. Awesome! I highly recommend the Belfast.

While the wireless Internet service is free I couldn't get it to work on my new iPad. This may or may not have been something I was doing. This was easily remedied by visiting the McDonalds that was 200 meters away. The internet was free and fast there.

The decor was magnificent. There were beautiful antique pieces around the hotel which was decorated in a Louis rainaissance style. The hotel was located a stones throw away from the Arc de Triomphe which was wonderful.

The staff were helpful but their English was very poor. This was ok for most of the time as I was willing to polish up my French but when I needed to ask for toothpaste it was a bit of a challenge!

The location is awesome

They had some trouble to authorize the credit card payment, they said my card was not in good order, which is not true, it seems they do this tweak to get the payment in cash, pretty annoying!

I didnt like anything about it except the location.

Hotel belfast disrespected us guests by over charging us an extra night on the bill and was forced to pay. They even brought police men to do so in the early morning.

The Hotel Belfast is in a wonderful location! From the front door we were only a few steps from the Metro, buses, and the Air France cdg bus. The breakfast was good and fairly reasonable. The comfortable beds and pillows made for good sleeping and the beautiful geraniums in our window boxes made for a cheerful waking! Fabulous new bathroom. Literally, All roads lead to Etoile, so it is easy to find your way home when walking. Several nice cafes and a "convenience" store nearby. They accommodated our early arrival from an overnight flight and had a room ready by the time we returned from breakfast.

Location and nice view on the Eifel Tower and Arc de Triumph. Nice bathroom. Hotel is just next to the metro station.

There was some smell in the room after renovation.
