Un bouton poussoir de lampe de chevet cassé dans la nuit a été réparé dans la matinée moins d'une heure après l'avoir signalé. Personnel très à l'écoute et très réactif malgré l'agitation due au fimu (Festival de musique dans Belfort).

La taille du lit, l'excellente insonorisation, la taille de la chambre, la présence du canapé-lit Le prix de la restauration et principalement du petit-déjeuner, il faisait trop chaud dans la chambre, le réglage de la climatisation ne changeait rien à la température de la pièce

uitstekende lacatie voor stedentrip de airco was stuk en werd niet gerepareerd tijdens de drie nachten dat we er verbleven. Het raam was op slot (terecht wegens veiligheid ).De kamer was op dat vlak zeer oncomfortabel.

de locatie, het ontbijtbuffet was fantastisch, goede bedden en lakens, propere badkamer.Overal gratis internet is zeker een grtoot pluspunt betalende parking, personeel in de bar kan vriendelijker.

Le personnel est très serviable et le service en chambre très rapide. Idéal pour participer au Triathlon de Belfort car situé seulement 7 km du site du lac de Malsaucy. L'hôtel ne dispose pas de couche culotte pour vous dépanner le cas échéant... à bon entendeur!!!
