staff, value for money, small but comfortable and clean room, nearness to metro and bus stations
Well located, near metro station, good cost-benefit rate.
The breakfast can be improved.
Very helpful staff...a nice way to start off in Paris
Nice staff near metro
We decided to extend our day in Paris and found a last minute deal for this hotel. We were three friends traveling together and this was perfect for us. The room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly, held our luggage on the last day, and even arranged a ride to the airport for us. We never tried the breakfast. Hotel is in a great location with lots of cute restaurants and bars, and central to the metro. I would definitely stay here again!
There were some funky smells in the lobby and hallway, but that seems to be the norm anywhere in Paris. We also couldn't get the elevator to work, but since we were on the first floor it wasn't a big deal.
Location is good and quiet during the night. People are so nice. Wifi is OK.
The instrument in bathroon need to be further improved.
A very adequate budget hotel for a short stay in Paris. Our room was a decent size and the bathroom with bath larger than expected. The room was clean, comfortable (and quiet - room 101).
Very responsible staff.... very safe.
Same breakfast everyday... not worth for paid food.
The staff was extremely friendly. The night shift front desk man named Walid was extremely helpful and hospitable.
The toilets smell of urine even after cleaning.
Good location close to the metro station, free wifi, cheap breakfast (hot drink, croissant, bread, butter, cheese and jam for 5 euros). Good value for money!
Breakfast is served only until 9.30 and the breakfast room is a little bit small.
Good staff members, and really organize
The room bed was uncomfortable the hotel isn't that close to the main attractions
Was great value for money. Friendly staff. Good location, easy access to metro.
Breakfast could have more variety. It is a set thing you are given each day, rather than a buffet style breakfast.
Hotel is located not far from metro station, easy accessible by public transport, room was very quiet.
Lift could fit only one person with suitcase, furniture quite outdated. You have to leave key from your room at front desk, which we found odd.
We had the loveliest little break in this very authentic very French hotel. I absolutely loved it and could not have wished for a better stay.
The staff was an absolute pleasure. Wifi in room, great location and great value for the money. Very close to Metro lines 9 and 2. Rooms small but clean. Would certainly stay at Hotel Belfort again.
Friendly staff, quiet location, price
Basic furnishings and amenities, rough-around-the-edges decor, slow and tiny lift, thin walls
Very gentle and polite staffs. We are really impressed by their polite attitude.
The isolation of the hotel is not satisfying
- close to the metro/city center - close shop (Carefour) which is opened until 22:00 every day - clean and silent rooms - friendly and helpful stuff - breakfast was also good
- the heating was already off so there was a bit colder in the room (but we do not ask the stuff to do st. with it) - little bit smaller double bed, but it was an advantage in case of cold conditions :)
It was a great experience. Hotel is nicely located on the quiet street, though closely to many shops, bakeries, bars and restaurants. Triple room was big and equipped with everything needed and beds were super comfortable) As we realised, it is a family hotel and staff was very polite and spoke great English. Overall, price/value range is amazing and I highly recommend this hotel to family travellers :)
The room was spacious enough for the three of us with luggages. The Wifi could be used in the room which was great!
The location was a little far from the attractions, and need to walk around 5-7 mins from the metro.
Really good location less than 5 min. from very convenient line 9 metro station, however Louvre is accessible by foot in 20 min. so is the majority of landmarks. Plus the neighbourhood is not that tourist invaded and the cuisine, service and atmosphere is far better than in city center's caffes. The room we had in the hotel was spacious, rather quite, cleaned daily, with good beds, good bathroom.
The wi-fi connection was very poor while we stayed here.
Staffs are very nice!
Faucet and shower is not easy to use, maybe too old.
Conveniently located with shops, cafes and public transport nearby. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean. Value for money and would stay here again.
The lift could do with a revamp.
Value for money. No problem storing luggage on last day. Really good location - very "real" and away from the tourist traps. Good restaurants, cafes and bars. really close to Metro. Velibe station for city bike hire at end of road. Beds were good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Quiet location.
Room, inevitably for the price, small. No fixing for the shower over the bath so taking a shower awkward as you had to hold the shower head yourself. Would have liked tea making facilities in room.
