The staff was nice and friendly. We've been moved between rooms during our stay. The food was scantier than on an airplane - don't get it!

Clean and friendly staff. Close to all shopping and museums and in the nice part of Paris. Very small room. Struggle to connect to the internet but these things you can look over because the pros outweighs the cons. I will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is literally just steps from all the top historic sites in the city. The staff is superb. They went out of their way to be helpful and could not have been more professional, courteous, and friendly. The hotel manager Mr M. Moussaoui in particular kindly arranged for a bottle of champagne to be delivered to our room on my birthday. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast is a great way to start the day. Given the reasonable rates, this hotel is one of the best kept secrets in Europe.

Location, location, location! Nice, small hotel on a side road very close to Metro (station Sentier). Yes, the rooms are small, yes, the stairway is narrow, but if you come to Paris to see Paris, not the hotel room, this is a perfect little hotel to stay.

The staff were really pleasant and they catered to my needs as best the could. It's also in a good location and on a reasonably quiet street. Free internet access in the rooms which was bonus. The walls are a little on the thin side as I could hear the couple next door quite clearly. I could also feel and hear the metro underneath!

Nothing really. It felt like a backpacking hotel. I paid 90 pounds for a hotel under construction, dirty, stairs that 2 people couldn't pass by at the same time. I really felt robed!! I def do not recommend going to this hotel.

The hotel was well located to RER trains (RER A, B and D Chatelet Les Halles) and metro (M3-Sentier and M4-Les Halles) and thus well connected to other lines as well. Also connection to airport CDG-Roissy was rapid (about 40 min). Also a walking distance to Louvre and other sights near by. Also the shopping centre Les Halles was near by and the near by pedestrian streets offered a lot of restaurants, cafes and shops. For young people there a lot of bars near by that seemed very popular. The staff of the hotel was friendly and their English was fair enough. The hotel was open 24h which was also very useful. The wifi worked perfectly in the hotel. The hotel breakfast is also of good value if you are leaving early in the morning and need a bite. The bathroom was clean and had a proper shower. The rooms are small and the bathroom is not fitted for larger people. But it doesn't bother if you use the hotel only for sleeping. The overall cleanliness of the room was a bit poor and dusty. The wall-to-wall carpet was a bit dirty and not cleaned well during our stay. But the bed was made every day and garbage took out. The lift is still under construction but when ready it will help a lot in carrying heavy luggage. If you worry about fire safety, you will be worried at this hotel. If you worry about noise during the night you will be disturbed here. The sound isolation between rooms was a bit poor (showering next room sounded like someone was showering in our room). Also the area is very popular for young people to hang out at bars and during the night there was some noise from the streets.

central location I am happy that management decided to install an elevator in the building, but it was a mess in the hotel. The breakfast room, which in fact is the lobby, was dirty and dusty. I would have appreciated a gesture from management to compensate for this. The room was quite small.

Great location! It's situated in the centre of Paris and it has many restaurants around. We got to many sightseeing in walking. Narrow spiral stairs and no lift. It's hard to go upstairs if you have many bags. But they are building a lift and they say it will be ready in November. Rooms are very small.
